Shocking

Shocking - Gone from great to Shocking in a matter of months.
Originally I would have highly recommended this company however they have now plummeted in my estimation. I have an auto-shipment with them for both dog and cat food, their system would know this - on the 25 May they took payment of almost $300 for an order that was placed the following day - all items showing as in stock. Two weeks later i rang them and they agreed that even with a change of warehouses this was not acceptable so refunded 50% of order and promised to prioritise the items - all still showing in stock. I appreciate receipt of the 50% refund however a full week later nothing further has happened despite the promise of prioritising the order!! Order still showing as "awaiting" dispatch, upon contacting them today they now tell me that 2 of the 3 items are no longer in stock and apparently it's all due to a bungled warehouse move!!!!
I for one would certainly no longer recommend this company - their systems must be terrible and with no communication from them to explain the auto-shipment delays - apparently caught out with the number of orders so couldn't keep up with demand - what an excuse - they knew about my auto-shipment so why didn't they honour the order!!! I am a very disgruntled customer.

No longer recommend

Not sure what's gone wrong with this company, they use to be great, orders always arrived on time. Over the past month they have taken money from my account and nothing has been delivered, no one is returning my messages or emails. I did go on their site and said they were moving, not good enough as I don't go on their site as my orders are autoship so better customer service would go a long way especially with vet prescribed food. Rather sad they have let their company get to this point, I'm going elsewhere and I suggest you do to.

Pet.co.nz USED to be a great company…

Pet.co.nz USED to be a great company when it started for a long time but in the last few years care giving to packing your product securely has totally gone, delicate items prone to disintegration when left to roll around loose in large boxes are just put in the box loose with no packaging.
Trying to get them to fix the issue is a waste of time as the lady who runs the warehouse is plain lacking customer service skills or any care for your purchase and can only repeat that she is a vet (not relivant to the problem).
Would be amazing if they went back to caring again.

I ordered a 12kg bag of dog food on a…

I ordered a 12kg bag of dog food on a Sunday and very early Monday morning was notified that the dog food was 25% off. Called and though the food hadn’t shipped at the point I called I asked for a credit for my next purchase or cancel and would reorder was told ‘no’ and they couldn’t prove match their own website. It boils down to the fact that the bag of food shipped on a Monday was $40 less on their website on Monday but would not honour their website pricing and would shipped the dog food after I told them to cancel. Lost me as a customer after using them for my food for my two Goldens. Terrible customer appreciation.

I'm really impressed by this company

The service is always fast. I order prescription cat food from this company using their subscription service. It turns up every eight weeks without fail. I like that I can adjust the shipments if I need the food earlier or later. I also get flea treatments from time to time. They never fail to deliver quickly and are often cheaper than elsewhere. I'm really impressed by the service.
