Very professional and prompt to answer your questions. They helped me through the chaos that followed the COVID 19 pandemic very to the point. With out their help I would have been lost.

SCAM! No responses whatsoever, they redirect the calls, they refer to a contact form and no matter how often you fill out nobody answers! They should be sued for fraud!

Very bad service. I try to call them at the phone that they gave me for help and no one answers for 2 days. Even the email that they send me after my emails, it was useless. I will not recommend them except you have a lot of time and money to waist.

Don't ever use this site. My return flight was canceled and I had to contact them to rebook. Spent days trying to call them while overseas, lines didn't even work, no reply on email, no hope to reach them. I was almost stranded abroad amidst the Covid-19 crisis. Fortunately, British Airways sorted things out. Never again!

SCAM ALERT!

Stay away from this agency - they changed dates for my flight without asking me, then they sent me an email forcing me on that change unless I notify them until the 17th of march. They provided a phone number that DOES NOT WORK and also an online form which NO-ONE IS RESPONDING TO.

I would like to get a REFUND right away or i'm calling my credit card company for FRAUD!

They are scammers focused on charging you additional commissions. Besides they provide no customer assistance. They do not answer any call, for hours, and after hours if you are lucky to have a talk with one of their employees, most probably the answer is I cannot help you.
I observed I made a mistake immediately after the booking, and I called them again and again during the next 3 hours, between 10 am and 13 am (their time), only after 13 am I had a useless talk with one of their employees.
During this time (at 10.15 am) I filled an online form to correct the mistake, at 13.30 they made me an email offer that almost doubled the initial price - as long as on their website the price for the same offer was only 10% more. I asked for the cancellation, but ignoring the air companies rule that stipulates the full refund during the first 24 hour after the initial booking, they charged me with 35 EUR per person, as their own commission. This attitude made me understand that this doubtful company is more a kind of scam company.

the company is really bad. First of all, they have hidden costs! Then, if you want to communicate with them you can do it only via a form on line. They reply to you the next day only and with a poor response. When you ask for more details, you have to wait for another day.

the message showed me (your reservation is done)!
nevertheless, this was never completed.
I was able to find a ticket at twice that price three days later

If you have any booking plans, I suggest you booked with the airline directly and not with them.

First of all, they have no proper disclosure when it comes to cancellation and amending your booked flights.

Second, the fees they disclose on their website is not true. They will charge you almost five times of the amount they mentioned on their site.

I can go on and on about this company.

The bottom line is don't book with them if you can, you will just feel scammed at the end of the day.

In early November, I made a booking which had instant confirmation but I never received my etickets. After emails and calling, I was told I don't have a booking. In this case, I would need to rebook which cost me and extra amount. I complained as I had taken a screenshot of my confirmation which showed that my credit card had been accepted and the booking had been completed. I was given a discount voucher for the difference because of their system error. Since then, I have tried to use the voucher on several occasions to make other flight bookings as I was told I could only use it for flights and no other services. I was always unsuccessful. The voucher was never accepted and I complained about this. Two days ago, I was finally successful in using the voucher and my confirmation, which I took a screenshot of, took the voucher into consideration and stated the reduced amount for the ticket. THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD THE FULL AMOUNT. THIS IS ILLEGAL. I AGREED TO PAY THE AMOUNT TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION THE DISCOUNT VOUCHER AS STATED ON MY INVOICE. They tell me my voucher is still valid but I don't want my voucher, I used my voucher, I want to pay the agreed amount for the ticket as is stated on my invoice. The ticket would have been cheaper through the airline, without the voucher. They will not get away with this robbery.

I booked an air ticket and I needed some changes
First I called Aegean and they told me that I cannot do any changes, the ticket will be canceled with no refund, and I should buy a new one.
After I contact with petas.gr where I made the booking. The respond very quick, gave me all the options and we made the change for the ticket, with the extra fee that was necessary.

I booked boat tickets with them using my uk mobile number but sending the tickets to my greek address. Instead of charging me 3 euros for posting fees they charged me 27 because their system got confused by my uk phone number. I contacted them several times for this. Originally they said they will refund the money but then stopped replying to me and never refunded. That was a year ago. Never trusting this website again.

Had to cancel my tickets and was told that I would get a refund after 25-30 days. I've called them 8 times, spent a ton of money in telefonbills and always same response that they will pay back in 5 days. At this time it's been 130 days ago since I made the cancellation. Worst ever!! Thieves!

I am very satisfied with the service of the company. Thank you for the quick changing of the ticket.
