Absent service
In my case, I cannot reach them via phone for change or cancellation of ticket. When I call at the agency, I am being told by a voice mail that I have to send an email and I will get the answer via email, which I have send 24 hours ago and haven't got an answer yet.

I ve made about 3 booking with them
I ve made about 3 booking with them, price was cheaper than at another agencies. Immediately got ticket numbers and booking codes for airline. They have replied to my additional inquiry within the day.

Rude and irresponsible
Rude and irresponsible. They informed me that my flight was cancelled and when i called the flight company they told me there was never such a flight in their schedule. Afterwards they told me that they needed 25-30 days to return my money back! AVOID THEM

Name conflict went easy!
I forgot to add one of my mother's two surnames on the ticket and I had to call petas.gr to solve the whole issue. They were activated quickly and despite the short time we had, the problem was resolved. I am going to choose to fly again through petas.gr next time!
