Customer service are very helpful and…

Customer service are very helpful and kind. One thing that makes me give them 5 star is that they are very fast in solving queries.
As a pet sitter/boarding i feel their support in all ways. I really recommended Petbacker app for all the furparents who wants a reliable and safe place to book their furbabies while on a trip.

Perezk17 was a real delight for sully and myself. I have been very busy with work and kayli has been picking up sully multiple times a week for me. He just adores her and she must really wear him out. She is heaven sent 4 sure.she so worth the money I think.I would recommend her to anyone.

They stole 400 pounds from us for work…

They stole 400 pounds from us for work done. They decided they didn’t feel like paying us despite us looking after someone’s dog for 12 days - and simply ‘retracted the payment’. They make up their own illegal rules - withholding money and only paying if you get 5* review . They favor the dog owner and don’t pay any vets bills despite saying they offer insurance . You’re on your own and probably won’t get paid - criminals - pursuing legal action for theft . Use at your peril.

Petbacker is not to be trusted. I have accidentally payed twice for the same booking and never received a refund of 150 euros. I do not recommend and I will never again use this plataform. Unprofessional and deshonest.

Paid for service I did not received.

It’s been nearly 3 months, spoke to several people from customer service and finance department, sent several proof of payments sent, Was advised to request charged back, requested a charge back, only to be told by my bank that your swift is inactive.
Informed the finance department and yet my money has not been refunded. It is incredible unprofessional, that you do not take ownership of a technical issue caused by your app, meanwhile me as a customer have lost my money in this predicament. I repeat, I want my money back. At this point it’s not even about the money anymore but the principle. You simply cannot play with people’s money like that and not take ownership.

Petbacker Money Never Arrives...

I have been pet sitting , walking and boarding. I was using social media and apps. Such as Petbacker. I have started using in july which I receive first job and earn 45 euro 31st of July, second job 5 of august 18 euro , 3rd one 12 august 202,5 euro. Today is 19 of August even I provide them all the information plus I have provided them 2 different account. I am not able to withdraw my money. They always send me the premade message wait 2-5 business days. I have waited 15 business day but no money. I am doing the service and they get %25 of the money. Money in but no Money out. Please fix the problem asap. They don't even answer my messages anymore.

Gary petsitting my dog Max

I was happy with the service i received. I felt my dog was happy with Gary and he interacted with other dogs well. The only reason i knocked off 1 star was cos we didnt receive the daily videos petbacker said we would get. We only got 1 short video but other than that we were happy and we would not hesitate to use Gary again.

Thiefs, their system suck's, and they don't refund your money.

I've paid 105 pounds for pet sitting on the 29th of July. No service was provided and until today 11 of august my money hasn't been refunded. I've sent several screenshots of my bank statements showing that the money was taken out of my account and every day they tell me they will look into it, but still they don't refund my money. It is really disgusting this company, I want my money back.

Needs the Personal Touch & Telephone Support Option

Guy came to my place with his girlfriend, seemed to know all about dogs, my dog's requirements, etc. Paid for 3 walks, guy only did one. I was sent an email saying he had become unavailable, but it was a little too late. Asked whether I wanted to try setting up another appointment, or get a refund. I chose refund, but I was shocked how quickly this was arranged! I think they need to clarify their website options, streamline it a bit, make sure that they only send people who live close enough to make the experience worthwhile, & give real person telephone support instead of just chat. Speaking to a live person can make things clearer, if the staff are well-trained, personalizes the experience, and catches nuances a machine won't get. People are irreplaceable!

Everything is wrong with that app!!

Everything is wrong with that app!!! I mind pets, and I wouldn't leave my pet, pay a service without knowing the person and the place my pets would going to be.
Another issue, I keep being blocked with no reason what so ever, costumer services is slow or non existing and for a "quick" solution to unblock is pay 650 euros??? Are you joking???
I have jobs booked that I dont even know if the clients texted me, why? BECAUSE IM BLOCKED!!!!
