I ordered the no pull harness for my…
I ordered the no pull harness for my beagle puppy. It was not suitable so I asked if it could be exchanged for the adventure harness. I did not get a response so I decided to return it. I returned it with the return label sent to me. According to Royal Mail Petbright received it on the 20th June. My bank account has not been credited and non of my emails querying this have been answered. I would advise only to order from Petbright if you are confident that you will not have to return it. Harness not suitable and very unacceptable customer service. I would not use this company again.
