Is there only one customer service agent? Miles is terrible and has no compassion. He is not helpful at all and I am surprised he is even working in a customer service role. Please consider getting more customer service representatives with experience and compassion. The agents at 1800petmeds are much better and go above and beyond for the customers. I don't know what is going on with petcarerx

Not being able to order Bravecto from Petcare RX…
I have ordered Bravecto from Petcare RX in the past without issue. This time was like pulling teeth. I placed my order and noticed it was still in process days later, so I called. They told me my vet did not approve the script yet. I called my vet, and they hadn't received a request from Petcare Rx. They reminded me all requests must be in writing & gave me their fax. I called back Petcare RX & gave them the info. Later, that day I received a text from my vet (who is very responsive) saying they received the request from Petcare RX & that they sent back the approval. Two days later it is still in process at Petcare RX. I called again and the same story that they have not received vet approval. This company is fine for ordering dogfood, but terrible for getting anything with a prescription. I'm not sure where the breakdown is between customer service & their pharmacy. I cancelled the order. Even with a discount it is not worth this hassle. I called my vet to let them know cancelled my order with Petcare RX. 30 minutes later I receive a text from my vet saying my Bravecto is ready to pick up. Stick with your vet and NOT Petcare RX for scripts.
