Great prices for my dog's insurance with a good policy. Very good customer service; helpful and friendly. Would recommend this company.

Customer service not good at all I nearly went some where else for insurance that’s how bad it was the lady had no service skills

I would never recommend this company. They take too long paying out claims. They have poor customer care and staff who sound as though they are doing you a favour when they speak to you. Not a good company- cant think of anything positive. If you want value for money and a good professional insurance company you cant beat Bought By Many.

Very expensive , goes up every year pay more to insure my dog than I do my car . They don't know loyalty either .

Always helpful. Have always been accurate with diagnosis and and prompt with actions. Follow up has been excellent and and I can't fault them. To add to that it is always, pleasant and smiling and seem to genuinely care.

Well priced!!,But very slow service!! One claim took 6mths!!!!
Also be carefull if your claim runs over from one year to the next there treated as two claims and therefore two lots of deductions!!!

Never received email and price has gone up and I've never had a claim you have already taken first payment so I'll let it run

Been with you a year and never claimed then when the policy has renewed gone up rather than down - would have thought a better deal could have been done with an existing customer

I have been with petguard for a few years and I feel safe to know both my little girls have coverage just in case.

Great help, easy to deal with. These people give you time , explain everything. No pressure, very personable.

Renewal price has doubled, although I haven’t claimed in the past 12 months. I was hesitant to move as I have been with PetGuard since my pup was 8 weeks old and therefore would worry that other companies may try to put any claim under an existing condition. Felt like I had no choice to renew even at double the price. Called them to discuss, they had zero empathy said there was nothing they could do and basically told me to either renew at the reviewed price or cancel my policy

Renewal was easy but slightly uncomfortable at the way way above inflation increase in premium. This cannot continue year on year.

East to arrange cover hope they prove as reliable if needed in the future.
