Excellent service and quick and sufficient

I recently sent a sample 28/01/26. I then read these reviews which filled me with dread. I reached out to the customer service team on 30/01/26 as curiosity got the better of me, I wasn’t holding out much hope for a reply (due to the feedback I’d seen). Well I was wrong! I received a reply 31/01/26 and it was very reassuring. To say that communication was great is actually an understatement! Team member Becky went above and beyond to keep me posted on where my sample was up to and a possible day for the results. I have also reached out for help with some of the information I didn’t quite understand on the results which were received 02/02/26. Again I received a prompt email with a complete explanation.

If you have any concerns in using, dont! Contact them for advice if required my overall experience has been excellent!

Great posted 2nd class Wed 24/12, it arrived Monday 29/12. I got an email advising it had arrived and got results within a few hours. Great service

AVOID! Results never arrived and this company is impossible to contact. At this point they seem to be a scam. Don’t waste your money

It is been 3 weeks and i have not received answer of the test and not even reply to my Emails!

Such a great company with quick response customer service. I couldn't find my results as they had been delivered to my junk file. Becky was very quick to help and get my results sent to me and answered all the questions I had with the results. The results have been amazing after months of worry with my dog. He is now back to his usual self after eliminating the problem foods. I am now getting another test for my cat.

This is absolutely the worst company i've ever tried to communicate with!! I've tried for over a week to get answers about my pets test and have had only one response in which they failed to answer my questions but rather asked me to ask what i needed help with!!!

Excellent service, pack arrived quickly and with instructions. Results received in a few days.
The results were interesting and showed to major intolerance which was good news. Some of the results are difficult to understand what is the cause, such as chicken okay but chicken gravy not.

I'm really not sure how accurate the results are!! According to the results, mint is on the allergy list (red) but, it is also on the foods my dog can have (green). I contacted the company to ask about this and have had no response. It makes me wonder about all of the other foods.

I got the test for my cat, she was pulling out all her fur and the vet believed she was allergic to the grades of cat food . So I put her on hypoallergenic cat food but still no joy, until I took the test. It turns out she is allergic to nearly everything so I'm going through the process of finding specific food for her allergies, it working her fur is growing back i couldn't be happier. She is also happier. It also told me she was deficient in vit d and b12.. so now I'm giving her extra vitamins to help. This test was worth everything. I recommend them to anyone. Even the vet has the results now so . He knows all about her allergies.. thank you guys.

I was lucky enough to win a pet sensitivity test for my cat Bear 😺 it was so simple to do, all i needed was a small amount of Bears fur. Which was then sent off and within 48 hours I had the results for him. He unfortunately kept being sick after eating certain foods, and upon seeing the results was shocked to find out he can't have chicken. Which was what I was encouraged to feed him as it was bland. But now I know I can keep him on a strictly no chicken diet. The results were so detailed, found out what he can't have and what will be fine. Would recommend to everyone. The process was so quick and easy. And I now have a very happy cat who hasn't been sick since the day we got the results 😺

My dog suffers from a seasonal allergy in late August and September every year which usually ends up with her having to wear a cone for several weeks. I have taken her to the vet but the treatment has never really helped. They have offered to do allergy tests using blood samples which cost over £400 and consequently I have never pursued it. When I saw the pet health testing kit, I decided to give it a go. It is much cheaper than the vet's test and only requires a few hairs to be sent off. I sent the test off on the Tuesday and recieved a detailed report on the Friday. My dog was found to be sensitive to ferns and in our garden we have some in the area where she likes to dig. Ferns release their spores in late summer and this is when my dog's reaction starts. It is really helpful to finally know the cause of it so we can do something to prevent it

I ordered a test for each of my dogs which came quickly and was packaged really well. Very easy instructions and a prepaid envelope to return them in. The results have come through within 24 hrs of me sending the envelope back which is a fantastic response time. Very thorough report with lots of information and so professional looking. Very impressed. Will certainly be making some changes due to results in the report. Definitely recommend!
