Have to buy your own testing equipment
Have to buy your own testing equipment to send it off but if you bought it off the website they send you a kit as I bought it from Groupon they wouldn't send one absolute backwards wont be using these again only company I know you have to get things to send off to get results. For example you have to buy an envelope a bag to put your hair in too but yet they replied to this comment and say its not true yet their website said its on its way to me absolute liars the lot of them.

I initially gave 5 stars however that was based on ordering, I have since given 2 stars based on what I received. For example it said I had problems with vitamins yet at the same time I had a blood sample at the doctors who said I had no problem at all with any deficiencies. It also gave me strange diagnosis, such as allergy to a certain oil, but only one type of oil which as far as I'm aware isn't how oil allergy works.

Amazing Detail, & Quick Response
I bought this as a gift for my mother inlaw whom was suffering with itchy skin and wanted to find out if she was intolerant to certain foods etc. It has helped a great deal and I can confirm that we were very happy with the whole experience from start to finish!

Great service
This company has been fantastic throughout the whole process. There were a few issues along the way, but they were completely my own mistake. Becky was very professional and helped me every step of the way. I did the Ultimate Test (900 Items), required simple samples. The turnaround time was great, and the report was really detailed but still very easy to read. I’ll definitely use this company again next time.

Clear instructions and detailed results
The kit was easy to use, and came with clear instructions. Once it was posted the results were returned quickly via email in a user friendly report. The results were split into sections and were detailed, covering intolerances, vitamins, minerals and non food allergens. I've not had the results long and so can't say if eliminating certain foods has had a positive effect yet, but I have noticed fewer digestive problems.

Great test kit
Such a great test kit. Really comprehensive results and easy to do, especially if you’re not a fan of giving a blood sample. Becky from the customer service team was helpful, friendly and was prompt when responding to my queries. Highly recommend this.

Very quick service
Very easy website to use. Very quick analysis 👌 can't fault the speedy results and appreciated the self stamped addressed envelope to return the sample.
The results were very easy to read, and collated clearly so that there is good information that is easy to use.

Easy test with great information
This test was so easy to do and the emailed report has given a lot of information which I'm already applying in my diet. It's only been a few days but I intend to follow the guidance as well as I can.

Easy to use website, test easy to do and postage paid to send back. Test results back quickly and a very comprehensive report received. Report lists all sensitivities, food, metal, non food etc. Explains my symptoms, so now I can do something about them. Would recommend
