I have done two orders at Petite the Brand, with three silk sets in total.
Unfortunately one of these sets clearly isn’t made of silk. I own quite a lot garments in pure silk or silk mix, the difference to this set is huge. Was I expected not to notice?

It’s actually very sad since the overall quality of the other pieces is quite good (therefore two stars). But selling polyester as silk is a big NoGo.

I have absolutely never written a bad review. I hate people doing that, as I am an entrepreneur myself BUT I have tried to get in contact with this company since 7months because I have received a faulty item.
Haven’t heard back from them!!!
This is NOT right to treat customers like this, I really wanted to order more stuff because the collection is beautiful but from my experience I can’t recommend this brand.
I’m very sorry, maybe I will delete this comment in the future but right now I have to post… very sad about it..

Customer service is absolutely atrocious. I sent multiple emails inquiring about a return and the only way I was able to FINALLY get a response was to comment on their Instagram. My first comment was deleted so, I commented again and finally received a DM. Would not recommend, clothes are not worth the hassle. The owner presents herself as someone who enjoys the luxuries of life and I can assure you that she would not put up with this kind of service from any retailer in which she shops.

Their customer service is the worst experience I've ever had with an online retailer.
First off, sizing is off. Items run very small. I started an exchange and the communication took forever.
After a while, they sent me a label to return the items but then never sent me a confirmation of my exchange order. It's been over a month and no answers to my emails. I privately messaged them on Instagram and they said the items were in production. Weeks later I wrote again and nothing.
I finally left a public comment politely asking them to get back to me and they deleted it! Appalled by this service. I'm out over US$300 and don't know if I'll ever get my order.
As another reviewer said, communication is awful. Very disappointing since I was ready to love the brand.

If you are ordering from UK beware of customs charges that they do not warn you about. Poor communication and not the best quality after washing the items either.. certainly not worth the price tag!!

Very nice shopping experience.

The website is well made, easy to use and you can't go wrong with the sizing as everything is explained in details.

I am a bit over 5'7" tall, so I went for a size bigger than my usual size and the shorts fit me perfectly, which I was not expecting
I got a few silk sets and the quality is truly amazing
Sadly there were two tiny little flaws on one of the blueberry swirl tops I ordered which is a bit unfortunate but luckily they're on the side so they won't be noticeable once I'm wearing the top

Other than that, I will definitely buy more items from the brand because for the price it is so so worth it!! Don't hesitate to try out their pieces, you will not regret it

Packaging was also super cute
They really pay attention to detail and it is very much appreciated

They shipped both of my orders (one placed on May 22nd and the other one placed on June 1st) at the same time which I did not expect at all and it was such a nice little surprise when I opened the package!

Can't wait to try their knit sets and more!
I 100% recommend this brand if you're looking for quality clothes that will last you for ages

First off the quality of the fabric is great, the stitching is fantastic. Definitely worth the money .

Ordered over a month ago. Item not received. Emails have not been answered. Communication awful. The shipping fee was so expensive and I’ve not even received it yet. Not received a confirmation email either
