Sydney was the employee helping me and she was a rockstar my boyfriend and I had come to see a puppy that was snatched up 2hrs before we got there was sad that I didn’t receive a call however they were very busy so I can understand. Sydney went above and beyond to make my boyfriend and I comfortable and helped us find our new bully-pei chop chop we love him dearly and are extremely thankful for Petland Kennesaw and Sydney for helping us out

Excellent friendly customer service. Introduced me to our new baby and made the experience wonderful. The store is clean and well managed and all the babies well cared for. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new love in their life! Petland babies are the best!!!

I’ve been waiting on a phone call back for days... I put a deposit down and I’ve been calling daily to find out how much I need to pay for my dog! Bad business!!!

Great customer service. Extremely friendly, answered all my questions, and did not make me feel like a bother.

Out little puppy came down with kennel cough and pneumonia 6 days after we brought him home. He has been in the animal emergency room for over a week barely hanging in to his life. The vet and hospital said this was typical of Petland puppies. After seeing the other reviews I realized this to be true. When I tried to call and speak to the petland kennesaw manager , he wouldn't take my call. I called 3 times. I decided to focus on getting our puppy better then deal with petland later. I feel like we rescued this puppy from petland. He would not have made it especially with the financial investment of $5,000+ for the vet and hospital bills.
