Dont forget you can ask your bank to do a Chargeback, some will refund you straight away (and then ask company some questions), other banks will make you wait upto 30 days -

horrible

I ordered a pillow December 2nd and I still have not received this pillow that was suppose to be a Christmas present now a month later and they don't know where it is they can't track it? this is Rediculous I'm contacting my credit card company and taking the payment off horrible service

Horrible avoid rip off

I ordered 2 pillows of my dogs. I received someone else’s pillow And the other pillow was of a cheetah cow. They don’t respond to emails. Void at all possible horrible and waste of money. The product is from China.

What a rip-off

What a rip-off. I ordered a pet pillow as a Christmas present and it was supposed to be my English Bulldog. I received a pillow that had someone else's dog on it. At least I think it's a dog. It could be a bear. Ugh. I am so disappointed.

Received wrong pillow.

I wish I could give no stars. Item took forever to receive and when it did come it was THE WRONG PILLOW! I ordered my cat and got someone’s dog. 3 Email attempts later no response from this company. $35 gone. What can be done??? I’m furious!

This was terrible experience;((

This was terrible experience. As others people write before me. Had almost exactly same schedule. Ordered mine 2 pillows November 27th and thought it’s enough time for Christmas delivery. Not really. Received email to be patient. I got only one pillow instead of 2 January 3rd 2018. Still waiting for customer service to reply. Which I doubt. What a RIPP OFF!!!! Stay away from Pet Ninja.
I will try despute the charges with my credit card. Hope to be lucky there.
I wish o read the reviews before.
Lesson learned.

Received the pillow after christmas

Received the pillow after christmas, it was stuffed in a bag four times too small and was full of creases, the picture was so muddled that I couldn't even make out the dogs face! Very disappointed.

This is an update on my previous 1 star review. As others, I really wish I would have seen the negative reviews prior to ordering on 11/24/17 (in time for Christmas delivery), I did not received until 1/3/18. Unlike others my quality was ok, the smell is a different story. I am hoping since it was squeezed into a plastic bag with all the air out that it may just need to be aired out since it was in transit from China since 12/13/17. So when my package arrived, I received only 1 of the 2 pillows that I ordered and paid for. Still waiting on customer service to get back to me on that one, although given what I have read here I am not sure that will happen :( Please give your business to a more reputable company and avoid Pet Ninja all together!!

Absolutely horrible

Absolutely horrible! Do not buy from them. Wish I had read these reviews first. I ordered a similar product from Etsy and it was absolutely gorgeous. When Pet Ninja popped up with the Thanksgiving weekend sale for a two sided pillow I thought I'd give it a try. Had no idea it was coming from China! I ordered Thanksgiving weekend it arrived January 2. It is absolutely nothing like the picture I sent - horrible quality and it's very distorted. $35 plus shipping down the drain. Next time I will stick with wonderful Etsy.

I ordered a pillow for my dad for …

I ordered a pillow for my dad for Christmas and paid £30. Their website said it would arrive. I contacted them twice before Christmas and received automatic replies. On 27/12/17 I had an email to say that the item has been shipped - from CHINA. It has been in China now for 3 days and not left there yet. I will never use this company again. I wish I had seen the Trust pilot reviews before ordering. I would never have used them.

Scammer alert

Scammer alert!
Found these scammers on Facebook. If they didn’t delete their negative posts daily, I wouldn’t have wasted my money! Paid for 4 pillows, $110 and received 1. I have talked to them over email and Facebook messenger and keep getting the run around. Then blocked on Facebook. They are scammers through and through!

These people are fraudsters

These people are fraudsters. I ordered a gift from them 3 weeks before Christmas. It is now 31st Dec 2017 and it still has not arrived. Do not trust them. They have not replied to any of my emails to their 'customer service' address.

Follow up:

The date is now 13th Jan and still no sign of my order!!!!

ordered a pillow for Christmas for my daughter - our dog just died and this would have been a very special gift. On Christmas day I received an email saying the order could not be fullfilled in time for Christmas. Now they can't even tell me when I will get it. I smell a scam.

Would give a “0” if I could

Would give a “0” if I could. Ordered pet pillow on 11/23/17 for promised Christmas delivery. Now 12/28 and the same “tracking” info on their site shows shipped 12/16 but it’s still at the facility in China. False information—“US based company”. I’ve been emailing and have received no response of course. Going to try and get a refund. My payment was quickly accepted by them the day I ordered. I should have known better. A lesson learned.

I could not be more disappointed with …

I could not be more disappointed with the three pillows I received. All three were of poor printed quality, discoloured and had been horrendously 'photoshopped'. They arrived late so that I could not even use them as Christmas gifts (5 weeks to arrive from China, not America as they implied), however, on receiving them I wouldn't have given them as presents anyway. The feet were hacked away to remove grass, however, this meant they were left in a scissor shape and the pillows are so poorly shaped that they won't even stand up- they need to be upside down to even sit up on the couch. I understand that this must mean that the photos I sent were not of a standard that your 'editors' had the ability to produce the desired product, however, I was told that I would receive an email asking for additional photos if this were the case. If I had have known this was the product I was going to end up with I would have edited them myself, however, I was told that, that service was included in the price of the product.

I put a review up on their website, however, they are the ones that approve publication of the reviews so only accept 5 stars! I have put in a claim through Paypal and am expecting a full refund, however, I am yet to see if they will respond.

Do not order from them

Do not order from them. I ordered on November 26 and was promised guaranteed Christmas delivery. My order arrived after Christmas and contained only one of the two items I purchased. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company with no reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Items are shipped from China and take over a month to arrive.

Do Not Order - Terrible Photo Quality

Not only was the order delayed and missed Christmas entirely, the picture did not turn out. It was just a blurred black pillow. They should be ashamed of themselves! They even promise on their website they'll photoshop it to make corrections. Don't bother.

Ordered November 29 from this “US …

Ordered November 29 from this “US Based” company. Got a shipping notice 16 days later and tracking number indicating my order was in China! Tracking shows package was expected by 12/26 at 8 pm. Didn’t happen. third party tracking site is useless; shows my order has been in Chicago since 12/20. USPS has no record of it.
