Your product is great, dog like the taste too

Placed an order for a Christmas gift on 12/15. No communication until 12/23 when they sent a refund. No reason given.

It's been 2 weeks since we ordered a Pet shaver from this website, for a total of S$76.40.

We checked the tracking link, and it says it's on hold from the shipper,

I emailed the customer support twice at support at petocart.com and no replies has been received.

I bought a 15”inch deluxe R2D2 talking plush from toy tooth.com but unfortunately it is defective so he doesn’t make the sounds
It never worked
I have emailed them twice but they don’t respond to my emails

Great Company, Petocart. Thank you for my order delivered right to my door promptly. Sent emails of confirmation and tracking for delivery date. Would order again and again from this wonderful company. Ignore all the negative reviews about this company from other people. I am happy with my delivery and the service I got. NOT A SCAM COMPANY! I was a little worried about the online reviews but after finally hearing from the company and recieving more info about tracking my order arrived today safe and sound in australia from florida thanks petocart its been a nightmare trying to optain seachem products of decent qauntity. Sincerely a valable customer.

THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM‼️. They do not answer phone or emails and are taking money, preparing the order, sending an email with an order # and tracking, but none of it exists.

I had a request to change my puppy’s toys to more plastic ones then rubber as she destroys the rubbber ones. I sent an e mail and my response was quick and professional. I love bark box. I would highly recommend them for your fur babies. And the treats and bones are a bonus. My puppy loves them.

Didn't deliver order and not responding to chat, phone calls, or e-mails.

They will not answer the phone, email or call you back, will also not respond in online chat. Never going to get your money back

Items i ordered have not been sent, and they aren't replying to my e mails at all. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, you will be disappointed and out of pocket - terrible, rip off, criminal!!!!!

Do not use this company they are scammers we ordered 2 heaters for dog kennels only 1 turned up and its not what it said it was. Sent 8 emails no response from them at all so 210 pound out of pocket. If I could give 0 stars I would have. Wish I read people's reviews before ordering.

Got a surprise delivery today for my order of by Amazon.com and has the petocart reference on it . So j got my product after 10 days by ship global , they never answered my email and the phone # is some sort of other type of company which no one answers

They’re scammers, my package never arrived. No tracking, no response from their email support.

Absolutely nonsense , should have read review before order , email twice no response, call the # is link to some other company, call credit card company to dispute. Bought dog vitamins

SCAM! Fraudulent website. Paid £220 for a custom made cat tower and never received any shipping details or item. There are no phone numbers to reach them and they are not replying to my emails. I wish I had checked with trust pilot before ordering,

Wow I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering, obviously a cowboy salesman operating from his mother’s bedroom. Ordered some mouthwash for my dog 11 days ago and received zero updates. Emailed them three times with no response. I found these after a Google search, will be reporting to Google as a fraudulent seller and contact my bank to raise a chargeback request.
