Has a terrible smell even though we are changing the bag out daily and topping up the litter. A regretful buy as our cat won't use it due to the smell and I assume the litter isn't cleaned properly.

The quality of the dog pool is excellent. The size is large and I do question who I bought the pool for as it is really great to have.
Love that the product was delivered so quickly....it was really hot!

Arrived quickly . The covering over the steps doesn't have much grip but we were able to attach stock on grip strips so our old dog can climb up to our ute tray. We bought the longest version and it reaches the tray of our Toyota Hilux.

- After the cat has used the litter at times the litter rotates and stops
- the cat litter always not levelled in its tray
- Not sure if the cat litter is being ejected into the bin, rather its leaking?
- It has an awful smell
This has been such a stressful and lot more work considering it needs to be constantly monitored as it does not fully clean out the remains and leaving the other cat pooing and peeing all over the floor instead. As per your warranty and fair trade guidelines

Absolutely awesome product!!! The Vacc clipper is really well made and solid! For the price, it has already paid for itself with using it for the first time on my two large breed, long haired collies!!!! Item shipped fast, arrived well packaged and undamaged and product is really easy to use!!!

I bought the self cleaning litter box and by far it’s the worst thing to clean. Be prepared to stock up on PPE! The fact you have to pull out the scraper that cleans the poo and was hit all individually let along the sand box. Has actually added more time to the week not less. Too many things to remove to clean. And you’re touching more faecal matter than a traditional litter box. It’s expensive so it’s the first time I’ve wished for something to break so I can go back to the old litter box. I’m just trying to get my monies worth back.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the $600 smart cat litter box I purchased in May 2023. The product has been nothing short of a nightmare. Within the first year, I have encountered numerous issues, including a jammed door that took extensive online research to find the internal reset button, and then temporarily fix. Unfortunately, this solution no longer works, and the door remains jammed open, causing the rake to malfunction and emit error noises that have frightened my cats away from using it.

The unit is extremely difficult to clean, especially in the back where the 'catchment' bag is. Contaminated kitty litter in all the nooks and crannies.

Given the high price point, I expected a reliable and durable product. Instead, I have been left with a non-functional litter box that is now destined for the bin. I am extremely disappointed and feel completely ripped off. I will be sharing my experience on Trust Pilot to warn other potential customers.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve the quality of your products.

I have had to spend 'more' money and go back to an old fashioned 'scoop' litter system. At least, IT WORKS!!

Hi. I bought a pet feeder from petpawz , but there’s something wrong with it, and the user manual is missing from the box, on app can not find a device . I sent an email and a message on website, but no one has replied

Miss-leading adverts. Purchased a multifeeder bowl, shows in pics that it comes with two.... it arrived with 1 bowl. No where in the description does it state you need to purchase the extra bowls AND, you can't even buy them on their website! SCAM!!

I bought a 4 sided Pawz pen from Lasoo which operates from the same address, and Pawz refuse to tell me how to assemble it, as it won't go together. There are supposed to be instructions in the box. I can't phone either company and customer assistance at PAWZ refuses to help.

A great pen for small puppies but not sturdy enough for bigger dogs.

Ordered bed and comfort duck for visiting mini poodle. Arrived promptly and dog loved. Problem with stitching on duck and when emailed office there was a prompt response and the duck was immediately replaced. Thank you so much. Great product and certainly recommended this company for customer service.

A week ago I started correspondence to find out if I can get a replacement door as my puppy chewed through it - I still can’t get an answer They want to know my item number etc it’s a simple request

I love these beds, as the covers are removable for washing and I'm able to add extra stuffing. The latest version are better than the last that I bought as there's a strip of fabric next to the zip which prevents the fluffy cover getting caught when you're doing it up. I would suggest that the all-around zip for the round outer cushion isn't necessary. You could do a half zip and leave a gap in the outer cushion, then use a shorter and better quality zip. My last bed needed replacing only because of the zips breaking. All in all, great product,best price, fast shipping.

The bedding was exact to picture and descriptions. The size suitable both dogs exactly. Easy to clean and look after.
