fantastic customer service and communication i have 3 cats that rely on automatic smart litter box i will never go backwards the best investment i have ever made for them and my home thankyou pawz for your outstanding service

- After the cat has used the litter at times the litter rotates and stops
- the cat litter always not levelled in its tray
- Not sure if the cat litter is being ejected into the bin, rather its leaking?
- It has an awful smell
This has been such a stressful and lot more work considering it needs to be constantly monitored as it does not fully clean out the remains and leaving the other cat pooing and peeing all over the floor instead. As per your warranty and fair trade guidelines

This pet stroller is so useful for my toy poodle as he is recovering from a broken shoulder. He loves this stroller too as he gets to go everywhere. It is the perfect size, he can lie down comfortably in it. It folds easily for the boot of the car.

Purchased an orthopedic bed for my dog - the actual bed itself is fantastic & I would give a 5 star rating.

However, The company itself is 1 star. On my screen it said under the item I purchased Free Metro shipping over $49. Yes I live in Metro area, yes the item was way over $49, yet on checkout I was charged almost $22 for shipping. I sent an email requesting them to sort this out to be told that due to increasing costs they cannot give free shipping!

That is misleading advertising, there was also a count down clock for how long the special was on....also misleading as its the same time more than a week later!

On checking my credit card the amount was taken from an eBay account (not Pawz) so my husband looked them up on eBay, they sell them there and there it also had free shipping!

Amazing customer service. So helpful and prompt. My dog loves her pool especially in this hot weather after a walk. I sometimes hop in too! Thanks for great products and a great team! Will be a regular customer!

There was no means for me to contact anyone via phone when the item was not ok, fit for purpose. The floor of the pet carrier was not able to support a 20kg dog and it was rated to 40kg. Questions I emailed were simply not replied to. Would never use this service again. No follow up is available at all.

My automated cat litter box had functioned perfectly for about 8 months - but then started playing up. PetPawz tried to help me rectify the problem, but the unit went completely haywire and jammed.
Petpawz replaced the unit swiftly under warrantly and I now have a functioning cat litter box again.
Petpawz staff were helpful and curteous at all times.

We ordered and paid for the pawz Smart Cat Litter Box for my son's birthday. It arrived quickly and we were so excited. There was an issue putting it together and at one stage I thought I had broken it. After some awesome guidance from Customer Service, it is together and working. Great product, great service and a very happy son (and mum)

We had an issue with one of our products, but Chelsea was super lovely, helpful and patient with assisting me. She was very quick to respond and left me feeling very well taken care off. Thankyou very much!!! Would recommend buying from here and will definitely be ordering again.

Item failed. Issue was examined quickly by staff who agreed it was a faulty unit and replaced it immediately.

There was a problem with the feeder but Chelsea the customer service is very helpful and patient in assisting us. She is quick to respond and we feel taken care of. Thank you and I definitely recommend buying from this company!

While we weren't happy with the product that we received, the service was exceptional. Chelsea was more than happy to accomodate and find out what the problem is and offered a full refund. Definitely recommend for the service.

I have purchased dog beds and cooling mats for my two Whippets over the past few months. I have been really happy with the quality of all products and especially happy with customer service.

I purchased a calming dog bed, from the basic range. Not sure if I had a dud from the batch but within three months it was completely flat. I sent a photo asking if I could exchange it, and Chelsea was happy to send a replacement. I then asked if I could pay the difference and get a premium bed instead. This was not a problem. I was refunded for the first bed within hours and have now purchased the premium one which I am hoping will last quite some time.

Beautiful dog bed arrived promptly. We are very satisfied with the quality. Customer service was five star too. Chelsea answered queries we had immediately.
