This company is prime capitalism at its worst and I'm surprised they haven't been taken to court yet.
Make sure your read their terms and service so you understand that they own in perpetuity any information you upload, they track via cookies, or they infer about you. That means your pet's vet records, photos, and it also does not EXCLUDE your medical information if you use the site for an assistance animal.
And on that topic, everyone should know if they have an ESA or Servixe Dog that they are protected by federal law and explicitly DO NOT have to use Petscreening.com to "verify" your assistant animal letter. Go directly to your landlord. Its deceitful of this company to offer this "service" preying on the fact that most people don't know they're rights.
Also DO NOT sign any ROIs so they can talk to your therapist/doctor. Under federal law, that is not a requirement for approval of an ESA or SD and your landlord/this predatory company should not be allowed to even sniff your medical records.

I purchased a home over the summer and forgot that I had a PetScreening automatic payment that processes yearly. When my PetScreening payment autorenewed, I emailed them asking if I could get a refund because I no longer need their services. They processed my refund the next day! Very quick and helpful response!

I was required to use Pet Screening for two years while renting a home through Carolina Moves. I recently received an e-mail that stated it was time for renewel. The way it was worded lead me to believe that if I did not respond there would be no further need to clarify. However,my credit card was charged a day later. I do not require this service so I did not authorize renewel and did not approve my credit card usage. Please refund payment to my credit card and discontinue my account. Thank you.
