Not giving 5 stars for the service itself, but 5 stars for customer service. Tessa helped me getting my card automatically charged for my wife and I despite us not moving into the residence that required this account. Back and forth email with Tessa resolved it in a couple of days. No complaints.

Forced to use this service as a part of my rental agreement, which is fine. The problem is that this company sells your data to third party marketing companies and you get overloaded with spam emails and calls as a result of using this company. This is clearly written into their (lack of) Privacy Policy with no way to opt-out.

I've been trying to add a pet my profile and have placed three requests for support, one per week for 3 weeks, and gotten no acknowledgement or response, so I'm now in violation of the lease for not notifying, but unable to change anything.

Having the same issue others have had. It has been a month of back and forth with them saying my letter is not good enough. I have had a new letter drafted and sent. The response was “Your documentation shows that you have a need for the assistance animal, but does not establish that you are disabled (defined as a mental or physical impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities).” Mental health diagnosis is a disability. It seems they are denying this fact.
So I have a need for it but the documentation from my provider isn’t good enough. This whole thing is a sham. It’s like they want to deny the letter so people will give up and pay for their animals as “non- esa”. If I could give zero stars, I would. This is causing so much distress with me and disrupting my mood and daily life. I have three weeks to move and will be homeless soon.

I am a person with a diagnosed mental health disorder. I have gone back-and-forth with your team for over a month now just trying to seek help in getting my animals ESA certified in my apartment dwelling.
Not only is this process taking away from my personal time, but it is also causing me to take time and mental ability from my work as well as the work of my licensed professional counselors. I have given them adequate information and paid a $30 fee for both of my animals which should be illegal because they are prescribed to me for my health. I’m not sure why I have to pay for service that is incompetent on top of my health insurance and my medication and is in no way benefiting me.
I can firmly say that this company has impacted me and my diagnosis in a negative way. There is no reason why I should should have to continue to reach out to a licensed professional, who is seeing other clients and actually making a contribution to the world just to get a piece of paper saying that I’m disabled, which is already been given to you. This is the most useless, invasive and inadequate service I have ever used for an apartment for any reason I can truly say that has made my depression and anxiety worse.

I accidentally renewed a membership when I didn’t want to and requested a refund. I was prepared to put up a fight. This was the first time my apartment complex required me to undergo the pet screening process for my ESA. The experience was 100% positive; Pet Screening explained the necessary steps, kept me updated, and reacted immediately whenever I had questions. Their website and communication were customer-friendly and easy to understand; Eric and Hailey were fast, friendly, and professional.

Absolute garbage site. I am applying for a rental home and they made me use this site. I have an ESA animal and a service dog. I sent in both letters from my doctor and they wanted to know what he was trained for, where he was trained and their contact information. Absolutely not. This site is an absolute waste of money and a scam. On top of all that, I am now receiving copious amounts of spam regarding pet insurance, moving help etc etc. They sell the information "required" to input.

This scam of a website was forced down my throat by my landlord suddenly after not needing to do this for 5 years. On top of everything else I've already paid extra for, now I have to pay some random company $25 every 6 months to "screen" my pet? They won't let you finish until you decline a dozen more paid offers. You are also automatically signed up for a subscription, too. I'll just file chargebacks for it

I recently had a positive experience with pet screening. I could not figure out how to change information about who my pet’s veterinary doctor nor how to save it.
I asked them to help and I received help from Stephanie and Kelsey.. they changed the information for me and saved it.

We asked if we could have a prorated cost for 20 days of coverage with renewal and moving happening to fall in the same time period. Kelsey did us one better by extending our current profile by 20 days so we won’t get charged a renewal fee. That is going above and beyond for us. Thank you Kelsey!
