Impossible to contact !! Emailed a week ago no response. Phoned twice on different days and on each day, it says they are not answering calls because they are answering emails, which is a joke because i've not had a reply to mine. I placed an order in July which I thought was on a subscription. And when I log into my account, I can't see anything about a subscription because I want to check if it is, and also when the next delivery date is due. Just in case it's too soon, I need somebody to contact me as soon as possible.This is disgusting service

I accidentally ordered a monthly repeat. Customer services sorted it and collected the order I didn't want. I am very impressed. Well done

The birds tell me, they are high quality products delivered on time.

I ordered 7 items. 2 were delivered, no sign of the others. The delivery driver said he only had 2 items and nothing else. I have emailed them 3 times as to where they are but no one responds at all.
Poor service.

I have now received an email from them to review the items I have not received.

Still no response to the emails asking where the items are or if they will be refunding my money.

The same message on their contact number that they are dealing with emails and not phone calls.

Absolutely appalling service from start to finish.

I have had well over 100 deliveries from you and your service and helpfulness is exemplary, my last delivery was urgent as I was going on holiday and your timing was perfect- what more can be said than ‘well done, keep up the good work’

I ordered cat food - paying extra for next day delivery. Eight days later, I'm still waiting for my order. I've emailed twice - received no reply. Their phone line says its closed 'to answer emails' - clearly not true as I've not received an answer. I've had to go and buy catfood elsewhere and now have to start a chargeback with my bank - what a waste of time and money.

Ordered dog and cat food on 1 September and paid extra for next-day express delivery. A full week later, still no food. All that's arrived is a toy that was part of the same order, delivered five days late on its own.

I tried calling PetShop repeatedly over the following week and could never get through, only an automated message saying they were busy with emails. My email from 2 September wasn't answered until 7 September, and when it finally was, I was told the order had "been scanned as delivered" — which was simply wrong, since only the toy had arrived.

DHL has been equally unreachable by phone throughout.

If you're relying on this company for pet food specifically, be aware that "next-day express delivery" here meant a full week's delay with no working way to get an update in the meantime. Still waiting for the actual food.

I was really pleased with the delivery service from this company until I ordered expecting 3 day delivery and it’s been a week and a half. Spent over £200 and have had to go out and get food in the interim 3 times already. Tried calling them and there message says they are taking the day off to answer emails everyday. Irony is my email is still unanswered. This is not acceptable. I need to know when this food will be delivered. I have a young baby, full time job and don’t have time to mess around with this. At a minimum, refund me so I can purchase food somewhere else - SO5424494

27th August supposed bottomless bowl order 2nd September supposed bottomless bowl order 7th September arrival 11 days and old stock. Burns increased the quantity by 2 kilos and reduced the price. Given Burns to all my Retrievers for over 20 years had to make 20 mile round trip to get due to late arrival and lack of information.

Everytime I've ordered from them , they are quick , very efficient and are great value for money.. I have shopped online with other pet food and cat litter suppliers , but I much prefer petshop.co.uk and so does my cat ! They are such a trustworthy company, I wish i had as much faith in all companies..but I wouldn't change to any other now. Ive shopped with you for over a year or so and you never let me down.
