I tried calling to delay order but…
I tried calling to delay order but after 20 minutes on hold I gave up and sent an email to delay the order, I then received an email advising order placed so I sent a further email to delay the order, THEN I received an email advising my order was on its way!!! I tried calling again to an answer phone messaging saying it was not taking calls and was concentrating on customers emails !!! So I emailed again!!!! The following day I called again to the same message!!! By this time the order had been dispatched so I refused order when it arrived!!!! Customer service not great!!!!!

Order delivered right to my door.
I was kept informed of my repeating order due for delivery 5days before it would be executed allowing me to amend the order if necessary. This is really helpful as i can fine tune my repeat frequency.

I have still not received my delivery. Should have been delivered on the 1st September. I have contacted both yourselves and DHL who are useless.
