I ordered two 10kg bags of burgess cat biscuits and also 120 pouches of felix as good as it gets, i received the cat biscuits but nothing else im fuming as now ive paid for this and i havent received so now im having to buy more cat food so its cost me twice. Ive also emailed/messaged them 3 times and not heard a thing back im fuming 😡

Next day delivery and found the cheapest price for my baby's urinary diet food. My new go to on how efficient the service is. Will be back again in the future

Having now ordered from Petshop.co.uk a couple of times, I am impressed! The choice of products, prices, packaging and speedy delivery is excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Purchase made 27th of August for next day delivery. 4th of September and I’m still waiting. Have emailed twice over a 3 day period with no response. Tried to call twice but “lines are closed to deal with emails” which clearly is untrue.

I just want what I ordered to be delivered.

NB I think the goods were actually shipped but DHL claimed a failed delivery on the 28th and have since not even tried again.

So, it’s the lack of after sales customer support which is the issue here. If only there was someone I could talk to or that would respond to an email then I’d not be having to write this review.

I also run a small family company and if I treated my customers this way then I’d have none left. Very disappointing.

I placed an order with this company as a one off transaction. Without my consent a further order has
been made and money taken from my bank account
without my authorisation. It is impossible to contact
anybody by phone or email.

As usual our dog food arrived on the date we were expecting, the parcel was in good condition and was left on the doorstep as requested. I had previously slightly changed the number of weeks between deliveries, I was able to do this very easily over the phone. Thank you.

Great prices and speedy service plus an excellent range of food for my cat: my only gripe is having to keep my wits about me to avoid signing up for the "Bottomless Bowl" option each time as I have been caught a couple of times. I know it offers cheaper prices but I prefer to have control over my ordering. BB should not be the default option but an offer to those who want it!

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The cats loved this meat definitely suited them would highly recommend however only received a 12 pack not a pack of 48 pouches as stated on the campaign

Ordered 3 lots of natural diet no grain puppy food because it seemed like a great deal and saved me money.
However ....... the food was actually dated BBE 07/26. It was already out of date when it was sent.
I have contacted customer service and zero response. Will also be reporting this to other organisations.
