They have stolen my details and advertised them . I’m a dog breeder and shocked I’m on their website!

I made a return, but they say the package never arrived. They’re lying. I lost 160 EUR.

I ordered some Galliprant medication for my two Labradors having gone through the vets certification process. Weeks later still nothing has arrived despite being told they had sent out the drugs DPD next day and NO refund!

If this amendment was due to having trouble placing an order for a lower amount than the box states on the website - you need to select the single tablet option and amend the quantity from 1 to the amount you require. We hope this helps for future reference.

My poor dogs are suffering as ran out a week ago and have asked vet for an emergency supply.
THEY ARE USELESS DO NOT USE!!

Ordered two cool bandanas which in English would indicate is a large square that can be tied around neck or head. These are pre-sewn for the head like a cap. Hard to see in photo online and not the correct word in English to use. My mistake, so wanted to return them. You must pay ca. €6 for the return postage and when I received my refund they kept another €5! I emailed asking for the full refund amount and have been ignored. So cost me €11 to have a look at an item!!! Btw, the products were returned unopened, I could see through the packaging that they were not what I wanted. Because paid with ideal no recourse with PayPal or credit card to get money back. Terrible customer service!!!

Ordered on line and despite picking for 3 cats and 1 dog they put the order in as reverse cant use the dogs on cats called to speak to them happy to refund but wont exchange !!! Really doggy outfit

OMG! This is a web shop and they does not work from 1. to 8. of Ferbruary!? The worst service ever! Not just on internet...
