Submitted a claim and got nowhere as per other reviews, I have now got an email 15th Feb saying my data may have been breached through Arnold Clark and I could claim compensation, not going to click the link in the email as this is probably another scam to actually get my bank details.

Hopeless

Hopeless. Completed details on their “Questionnaire” last August for a BMW Diesel Claim yet still receiving emails asking me to complete the Questionnaire with a hyperlink to it. Problem is the hyperlink doesn’t work and there’s no other way to access it. Nobody appears to be present for their website “chat” facility either. Complete waste of time. Avoid.

STOP WASTING YOUR TIME ON THESE COMPANIES

Im not being funny but anyone who thinks that they are going to receive FREE money from any of these diesel claims are slightly deluded. And even if you do...you will be waiting YEARS and YEARS for it to come through and thats probably after pestering them. Stop wasting your time on these companies. And further more stop submitting your PERSONAL details to them when you actually have NO idea who they are or what they are using it for.

Everything we do in this world is a f@#$ing scam, especially anything that tells you that you are entitled to FREE money.

Stop wasting your time!

Information Scam

I have submitted the same information over and over on request ,they said my information was submitted to the courts last year but now asking for same information to be submitted to the courts I think its a scam but they keep advertising on t.v why is this aloud to happen 3 years I've been waiting .
I've been told they have all the Info they need but keep asking me to fill out the same questionnaires over and over it's annoying what are they doing with this information .

Absolutely no help

Absolutely no help. Had 4 claims with Audi, I had the same cherished plate on them all. PGMBM kept telling me the new allocated reg plates but not to which vehicle or model. I have probably 20 email for each car but all with unrecognisable number plates. Spent an hour almost trying to sort it, nothing happened then email saying 1 claim terminated out of 2, then both going forward, then another termination letter. Totally rubbish, would never deal with them again.

I tried to register a claim roughly 3…

I tried to register a claim roughly 3 months ago.The system failed to identify the relevant vehicle via its registration number but insisted on listing 4 previous cars which have borne the same number.
Since then I have been inundated with emails and when I try to supply the correct information I constantly have the same problem.
If I,a total Luddite, can identify a vehicle via the DVLA system, this company's inability to do does nothing to inspire any confidence in their professional abilities.
I only wish I could stop the ongoing flow of emails.

I got this one yesterday

I got this one yesterday, I thought I had decided to close it down and take it to Scotland but they have decided to do it again but I had sent them a message yesterday to say remove it. So it was:-

"We may be in touch early next year to request further information to ensure that we have absolutely everything we need to progress your claim. You may have previously submitted this, but we are required to resubmit to satisfy our obligations to the court and progress your claim as quickly as possible."

This is driving me nuts tbh. I thought I had removed it a couple of months ago

This must be a scam.

This must be a scam.
They send repeated Emails requesting further questionnaires be completed all containing dead end links to Pogust woodhead. Impossible to get through on phone and virtual assistance always ends in a dead end. Absolutely useless. Fed up. Who else should we try. Why is this company being regularly promoted for diesel in TV ads?

a disgrace to the profession - SRA involvement needed

I work for a large international law firm and I can state categorically that the service this company provides is a disgrace to the profession. No response to emails, never ending requests for information already provided - perhaps the SRA needs to take a look!!!

Submitted 2 claims a year ago Dec21

I initially submitted 2 claims a year ago. Yes December 2021 (last year) and still getting emails asking for more details and telling me that the claim are progressing. If I speak to the online help they drop after 60 seconds. Not a good experience so far and apparently I’m a patient person.

Repeated request for the same…

Repeated request for the same information.
I keep receiving the same email content requesting I need to update my details from. The emails originally came from different people and recently they no longer have a 'from' name. I have sent all my documentation a couple of times and have spoke to the company direct and was told they had everything they needed to progress with the claim.
I have received the same email request yet again to day to update my details. I have also emailed questions and have not received a response. I beginning to believe this is nothing more than a scam....I really do hope not .
