I'm delighted with the customer service I've received. I switched from another online pharmacy for weight loss injections as their prices were ridiculous. Pharmacy Express have competitive pricing and make the process very easy. As a new customer, having completed the order, I had to send a range of photos and videos to confirm my weight and eligibility. This was very easy to do and the follow up communications have been first class, even over the weekend. The parcel arrived within 24 hours of the consultation being completed and approved, well packaged. Wasim then followed up with another message to check it had been delivered. I'd read a lot of good reviews and can confirm that they are true. Will definitely use again.

I have been dealing with pharmacy Express for 4 months now ordering and receiving my weight loss medication. They have been consistent with their procedures: monitoring my progress offering advice if needed and most of all making sure your meds are packaged professionally, tracking and delivery has been quick and efficient (Royal Mail Tracked 24). Lastly but still important their pricing as always competitive.

It was such a great experience requesting a switch to Pharmacy Express for my Mounjaro supply. Wasim gave fast responses and arranged delivery with no delay at all. There was a follow up text to ensure I got my delivery too. I should have swapped to them long before now. My previous supplier was appalling, this has shown great customer service still exists in this digital world.
