This looks a lot like a scam. I saw an ad on the net and they had very low prices. Now the site is not working, it is very similar to a scam.

Ordered £50 worth to get free next day delivery. Heard nothing for several days so called and was told they couldn't get hold of what I'd ordered but not bothered to let me know. Offered an alternative but would charge delivery, no offer of goodwill gesture for 5 days of withholding my money and no contact. £6.80 delivery for £18 worth of goods, I found elsewhere for £12 + £3 delivery so cancelled order. Not a good experience unfortunately, won't be returning.

They stopped doing NHS prescriptions in January. Unfortunately they forget to tell us. Now left in the lurch. Shambles

These mor*ons have spammed me on my business website.

I would never do business with a company that does that!

I swapped getting my repeat prescriptions from the dreaded Boots to PharmacyOutlet at the start of the first Corona lockdown.
Unreasonably I complained to them about late delivery not realising how difficult things had become for them. They replied courteously explaining the situation.
Since than everything has been perfect. I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing repeat prescriptions.

Was looking all over the internet and phoned local pharmacies- none had what I wanted. Usual cost was between £4 and £5. Local Boots and Lloyds, as well as local independents all said were finding it impossible to get the stock. Found the item on Ebay- £18. Then I found it on PharmacyOutlet. Usual price. Very speedy delivery. Am mightily impressed.

No problems with the online ordering from their website.
Informed me that the packaging of the product was changing, asked me if I wanted to go ahead or cancel. Sent me screen shot of the ingredients of the newly packaged product (which was unchanged). I chased once for a reply but that was taken care of quickly. Package sent and I was informed when sent. It arrived well packaged. So all in all a good customer experience.
I've bookmarked their website now.

I withdraw my earlier comment. My problems were due to overloaded internet and/or servers. I have contacted the company now and have not lost money.

They are the most helpful people I have met & heartily recommend them.

We used them to order a private veterinary prescription.
Not only are they VERY reasonably priced, when I called to go through things I got really great responsive replies.
They then helped sorted supply and box size differences promptly. I asked for email copy invoice and got it, had text messages about recorded delivery and have the meds here fast.
I had read reviews that made me question sending an order, but am so glad I made that call.

I thought I would try ordering my repeat prescription through this company and wish I hadn't. It was ordered 6 days in advance and I didn't receive it. tried emailing them and was ignored I would not recommend using them if your medication is important I will not be using them again

Like someone else says, avoid this place. I bought from their Amazon marketplace which they supply to.

The picture on the item I ordered was something else than what I received. I opened and noticed the perfume bottle was different and they told me they can't take it back because it's opened. This is unacceptable. Avoid this place.

Fast easy to use service

I had the nastiest experience ever when trying to shop online with these people. I enquired about buying in bulk an item I need for a medical condition. They replied promptly saying they could fullfill the order. When I went to place the order they had increased the price by 50%. This all happened in half an hour. What an unprincipled, ruthless and greedy company they are.

Thankfully, the product is available at the original price at plenty of other outlets. I was just unlucky to pick these people from the suppliers available.
