The consultation process wass efficient and once completed, delivery followed shortly after payment. Very pleased. My only suggestion would be to either inform delivery that the parcel needed to be refridgerated immediately or be clearly marked to that effect, on the external packaging.

Lack of communication & slow service
Had weight loss medication with other supplies and there process as been simple and delivery really fast.
Nearly up to a week now and waiting for a prescriber query? The lack of communication is appalling. Means delivery will be over a week now which is also appalling.

Switched to Pharmacy Planet on a Friday…
Switched to Pharmacy Planet on a Friday from a different provider. Wasn’t contacted regarding my order even though I’d paid for it until I decided to call them on Tuesday. I was booked a video call appointment on Wednesday. At the time of the appointment, I entered the lobby and waited for 15 mins and nobody showed up.
I tried calling them but I got a prerecorded message saying they’re too busy to answer. Sent an email and this was also not replied to.
I’ve now missed my dose and can’t get in touch with anybody at the company. I also have a flight on Monday and have no idea if this will be sorted before then or not.
Absolutely terrible. You get what you pay for and that’s why they’re priced so low relative to other providers. I’d rather pay more and stick with my provider than be put through this.

Had consultation which was a waste of…
Had consultation which was a waste of time as didnt check weight and didnt look at screen when showed ID. Said dispatched next day then took 3 days to arrive by which time ice pack was melted and not cold. Email to say it had been dispatched on 25th. Arrived on 28th.
