I didn’t receive an email with the…
I didn’t receive an email with the video link with the consultant so on the day I had a what’s app message if I was joining the call or not, I replied to say I hadn’t received it so she said check your inbox. I did and there was an email received a few seconds before the what’s app message, I joined the call & explained this to which the consultant was quite rude and basically called me a liar. The call was about two minutes long she said order approved and that was it. I did receive communication to say the order was going to be delivered & everything else was ok just the consultation was rushed & the lady was extremely rude, given that it costs a lot of money I was quite upset with the treatment from her
