The application was easy, the phone assessment has plenty of immediate availability and was quick, painless and the lady was friendly. The shipping was quick enough, they shipped it quick royal mail was a tad sluggish but that is partly my fault as I did it over a weekend but it was here by Wednesday. Nicely packaged fair prices for the current market

No delivery communication of orders

Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful! Email to say that item dispatched on the Monday via Royal Mail 24hr delivery. It’s now Friday, Royal Mail tracking states they don’t have the item yet. You cannot speak to anyone in Pharmacy Planet by phone- the line just says they aren’t taking calls. E Mail sent but no response. Medication is temperature sensitive so wherever it is- whenever it arrives likely to be unusable. They are cheaper- but that’s not always worth it! I am now likely to be without medication when I need it so am going to have to pay again with a more reliable company.

We’d like to reassure you that there have been some recent issues with Royal Mail tracking updates, where items are not always scanned correctly at the early stages. From what we can see, your parcel was only in transit for a short period, and the medication remains within its safe and stable temperature range.
That said, we completely appreciate the frustration caused by the delay and the difficulty reaching us — this is not the level of service we aim to provide.
