Lost 51KG thanks to Pharmulous!
I honestly can’t recommend Pharmulous enough. I started my journey with them about 10 months ago, being prescribed Mounjaro as I had a very high BMI and was weighing over 126KG and with their help and support I’ve lost over 51kg, something I never thought would actually be possible for me.
What really stood out wasn’t just the medication, but the level of support they provide. From the very beginning, they’ve been there with guidance, advice, and reassurance. It never felt like I was just given a prescription and left to figure things out on my own, they genuinely care about your progress and wellbeing and also regularly checked up on me too.
They also go beyond just the treatment itself, offering helpful tips around diet, lifestyle, and things to be mindful of along the way. That ongoing support has made a huge difference in keeping me on track and feeling confident throughout the process.
Overall, it’s been a really positive experience, and I’m incredibly grateful for the role they’ve played in helping me turn things around.

Very disappointing experience.
Booked a maintenance consultation having been with Pharmulous for several months. This was not optional and carried a cost of £10.
The clinician was late to the appointment and asked why I was there. They clearly hadn’t looked at my previous orders as asked me to provide proof of prescriptions. I was told to just continue with my same dose. I don’t understand what the purpose of the appointment was in that case? I was made to pay £10 for the privilege of being made to feel like an inconvenience and to continue as I have been?
Very disappointed and will be looking to move pharmacy for my next pen.

Regarding your most recent order, this was reviewed and approved in a timely manner and dispatched promptly via Royal Mail. According to Royal Mail tracking, an initial delivery attempt was made but missed due to no answer, and the parcel was subsequently marked as successfully delivered on the following attempt.
We understand that you contacted our customer service team three days after this delivery was recorded to report that you had not received your order. In response, our team has raised an investigation with Royal Mail on your behalf and has been providing updates as the case progresses.
While we completely understand how frustrating this situation is, it is unfortunately outside of our direct control once the parcel is with the courier. Pharmulous are brilliant! This was my third order and it went smoothly as always. I ordered late on a Sunday evening and the order was approved and dispatched the very next morning, arriving with next-day delivery on Tuesday. The medication was well packaged and arrived at the right temperature.
