I was very fortunate to have my call answered and handled by a super lovely lady called Donna.
She genuinely cared for me and my needs, there was nothing forced and she gave me really practical advice.

The person I spoke to was extremely helpful & helped resolve the issue.

I was in conntect with them due a deceased relatives account. They were very helpful in sorting the issue and we're very understanding as the death has occurred over 18 months earlier.

The Agent was very polite and helpful. Customer gave excellent customer service by understanding my needs.

I spoke to a lovely lady called Donna who was very sympathetic. She made the phonecall more bareable to deal with and was very caring too. She was very professional and lovely to talk to.

The person that called to deal with my mother’s estate and possible money owed was understanding and sympathetic. The issue was dealt with promptly and was overall a pleasant experience. I felt I was in good hands thanks to the professionalism of the caller.

Excellent employe answered all my questions so i understood issues i had , all the way through was conatantly asking how i was and my network of friends , even answered questions on other topics and guided me to areas to help . Fantastic !!!
