This is the second time I have had…

This is the second time I have had dealings with them. They are so kind, considerate and very professional. I was really worried on both occasions, they put my mind at rest and sorted everything out seamlessly. It was a Gentleman called Malcomb today, he was so helpful and kind. Thank you

Donna is a real asset to your business

I spoke to Donna and she was very helpful in sorting out the account. We are executors of an estate and the estate was in the final stages, there was no pressure for this to be cleared u til the estate has the finances to complete the transaction, very understanding and Donna was a credit to their business.

Darren was very helpful and very patient with me. I appreciate his willingness to weather my slight annoyance at the requirement to repeat all the information already given to the utility companies connected to my late uncles estate.

Repeatedly misidentified my late mother's gender in correspondence

I contacted Phillips & Cohen as executor of my late mother's estate. Despite explicitly correcting them twice in writing, they continued to refer to my late mother — a woman — as "Mr" rather than "Ms" in their correspondence, including in their final reply.

For a firm that specialises in bereavement accounts and promotes bereavement support in every email, this is a surprisingly basic and repeated failure. I would expect better attention to detail when dealing with a deceased person's estate.
