Disgraceful business

Disgraceful business. Chasing me for money from my late husband. Phoning his phone in the middle of the night repeatedly. midnight, 2am etc. Hope your pieces of silver are worth it.

Exceeded expectations

I was nervous before making the call. However I found Darren to be professional but empathetic. His tone and attitude made the conversation that much easier . He asked his questions and actively listened to me. Overall I felt informed and understood what the next steps were.
