Products as described and came in plenty of time!

Ordered products, received several "please leave feedback emails" but no dispatch confirmation. No reply back from my email to customer services chasing my order, so had to then call customer services only to be told the products were out of stock and that I was refunded as aresult (no emails confirming this or detailing out of stock items, and no money in account at this point). Ironically I got an email stating this after I got off the phone with a refund soon after. If I hadn't had called and chased I would have been none the wiser. Disappointed, poor communication.

Ordered a couple of things during the Black Friday sale which all went through and payment was taken, only for them to cancel the order 2 weeks later and not even inform me about it, I only noticed as they had refunded me the money but there was no confirmation that I would not be receiving any of the goods.

I contacted phoenix fitness prior to ordering to seek their advice on which push up bars to purchase. They responded very quickly and with a helpful response. This encouraged me to buy a set. Delivered promptly. Item competitively priced and good quality. Would use company again.

I only received one part of my order. Have tried to contact regarding missing item but not had a response.

Item was purchased then received an email 2 days later stating I'd be receiving a refund. No reason given until I email and was told the sale had been cancelled as the item was out of stock. Unacceptable.

My purchase was for a set of Yoga bands and a wobble (or balance) board. The order arrived in double-quick time, thank you. However, the Yoga bands are a bit shorter (approx 75mm) than those I had bought before under the Phoenix brand, although their quality seems just as good. A slight niggle. The balance board was certainly not expensive and its construction is commensurate with this. Not comfortable to stand on it bare feet, thin at the edge (not helpful if you're using it for push-ups) and after a couple of weeks supporting my 70kg weight, it's starting to creak a bit. It's OK, does its job but maybe I'll buy something a bit more substantial (and comfortable on the feet) in the future.

Good delivery and kept bottle in good condition just took a bit long.
