The people I spoke to initially obviously didn't understand the policy I was enquiring about. It was finally corrected but not until I had been misinformed.

She just answered my question don't have much to do with the company.

It would have been better if;
1. I had been sent the latest quote for my policies and not had to waste time waiting. Every year, up to 65, you sent me 2 packs, then when I'm most likely to want to start a pension, you only send one.
2. Got the impression that it would be quick. No, most likely there's a 6-week delay.

Wasn't very helpful and was quiet confused

On all occasions when I have phoned Phoenix my calls have been answered promptly. The staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable.

I have been trying to progress a formal complaint through their complaints department. No action was taken with my first email, nor my second. I phoned and the representative was lucky to speak with the complaints department who said they would make it a priority and assigned someone to investigate. After more than 2 months without a response I called again, the representative could not get anyone in the department to answer, but suggested complaining about not having any communication. When a complaint is received it should be responded to, progress provided at acceptable intervals and complainant given means to communicate with complaints department directly.

too many questions kept repeating got a bit confused

I have been trying to get assistance with my pension. Every time I call I am told I need to be referred to another department and they will call back. I have been waiting two months for a call back

The person I spoke to was helpful and polite

Almost impossible to speak to anybody! Logged into my account and have a spinning icon for 3 hours! Tried for 3 days on trot to log in and nothing! Absolutely rubbish this company at customer service. 👎
