Dealing with a problem
My first time ordering from Phone Case Jungle and they delivered the wrong case. Sent them an email and they replied within an hour with an apology and a promise to get the correct order out to me within 48hrs which they did. Perfect. Any company can have a problem occasionally but the sign of a good company is how they deal with a problem. I am very satisfied with Phone Case Jungle and would recommend them to anyone. My cow print phonecase arrived quickly and safely packaged. Loved the print. Found it hard to get one anywhere else as my phone is an older model. Got a message to let me know it may be delayed a bit as it is a busy time of year, but it came within 3 days. Very good quality case. Love it. Would recommend this company. It was my first time ordering from them and my experience was excellent.

Samsung a20e case
Ordered a single phone case expecting delivery as read 2-3 days and hadn't arrived 4 days later so chased sender.He then chased it and then decided to send a second one out which then arrived 1st class recorded.A day after that the original turned up a week since original but sender was very efficient and understanding and apologetic in mistake so I'm pleased with result and yes I will use again as nice quality case to
