It was fast and good.
It was fast and great. Only thing was that when i went to the store first time i was not carrying my physical id with me. So i was rejected for any deals. And i had to go back again another time.
It would be much easier if they have online id verification which is possible in every phone store via bank ID.

I'm extremely happy with my purchases.
First was a Xiaomi 10T pro, initially I saw that the back cover was from the normal Xiaomi so I got a bit worried that I might have gotten the wrong phone, but after checking the specs, everything checked out, I'm happy that at least another phone back was able to be reusable in this fashion. Unfortunately once you put a SIM card on it, the phone tends to go into a boot loop, so It couldn't be used as a phone, but still great for other things as long as there's no SIM card on it. 6/10
Next I got a Oneplus Pad 3 in pristine condition, sadly the pad was still registered to the original owner email, so I'm still waiting to see if there will be an issue on that front. But other than that, yet another perfectly fine product.
Their payment options are also very good!
4/5 only because the MI 10T Pro had SIM card issues that weren't mentioned, everything else, just amazing.

Great Quality, Great Price
I got my Samsung Galaxy S22 very quickly, about 3-4 business days after ordering. It's in perfect shape, and for such a great price! They really do their due diligence to make sure the used phone is in perfect working order before reselling it. I added the screen protector, and I'm really happy that I did, because the quality is outstanding. I can't recommend PhoneHero enough!
