Horrible quality
Horrible quality! My Fitbit wristband (metal) tore apart within three weeks whilst I was wearing it, resulting in a really sharp edge that could have cut me. Customer service hasn't gotten back to me for a refund.
Edit: Customer service now did an immediate refund, so all good. Still disappointed with the quality, and sadly I decided to buy a wristband elsewhere for double the price.
