Slightly disappointed
On the plus side my phone is in excellent condition with no signs of wear n tear .
Sadly delivery took 5 days ( and on email asking when it was to be delivered!) and when it arrived the phone was turned on and all the old apps of the previous owner still loaded on the phone !! I immediately put the phone on a factory re set but this v concerning .

After a hiccup with my first delivery, the service I received from phones direct was second to none, an apology a courier to my door first thing next day and a replacement within 2 days. The new unit is just like new and working well, on its first day!£!!!!!!
