As a small business operator requiring assistance with their digital marketing, my experience with phone us today was extremely poor – I felt they were not honest about the work they were providing my business when being asked basic and relevant questions around my strategy, the sales representative was extremely rude, I felt they were only nice on the original call to get my business but the after sale experience was one of the worst I have come across, they also took $800 as a deposit which was within the 10 day cooling off period – no work was started and they have not refunded me as I asked. I will take this to fair trade and the ACCC
