Excellent quality calendars…
Excellent quality calendars unfortunately they were dispatched in two packages one arrived in good time the second one has been lost somewhere in the Royal Mail system however I contacted Jessops they arranged a reprint of the balance which arrived promptly, Great Service.
not impressed
order for 11 prints on 1st December, 16 days later no dispatch email. Emailed on 14/12/20 chasing up the order 3 days later still no reply.
1st time I've used Jessops on line ordering. Probably the last as well.

Good result if you’re patient with the software
Ordered four (different) tea towels. Found the online software a bit clunky and frustrating at first, but was able to get a good result with some fiddling about. Very pleased with the print quality, though, and the collect from store process worked flawlessly.

Tried to use my gift voucher but kept getting not recognised message tried to contact jessops but still waiting for a response. voucher expires at end of month so assume iim going to loose my gift this is awful service. I used to big fan of jessops but will be keeping well clear and use alternative photo shops & services
Update jan 2021 Jessop initial reply saying They would not assist .... but later contacted me to say they had new information and gave me a new code to use which worked fine

Never again!
What an absolute joke!! I placed a £200 order with jessops containing Christmas gifts of my 1 year old daughters 1st birthday photo shoot. Cutting a long story short - they lost my order - yes lost, so somewhere in the country there are photos of my 1 year old with no explanation of where they have gone! I am bewildered with how they have no sympathy for this! On top of that my order was placed over 2 and a half weeks ago & it’s only me contacting them over several days I actually got some of my order sorted... they are now telling me part of my £200 order is discontinued - with Christmas in 8 days! And I have to wait 7-10 days for a refund... now as it’s that time of year how is anyone going to have any spare money to be spending on £200 worth of photos I don’t know! I will never use Jessops again... there was no compassion or goodwill gesture for their mess up at all... I’ve been very calm throughout the whole process & very understanding as Im a store manager working in retail myself - so I understand things go wrong. But the customer service is appalling, I’ve never known anything like it! Sort your customer service out before you anger & disappoint anyone else!!

Beautiful prints. Fast service.
I ordered online and wanted a dozen different photos printed. 48 hours later they came through my letterbox! Amazing, speedy service. And beautiful photos. Long live Jessops!
Issues
The prints are great, however I ordered 3 of the same for Christmas presents and one of them was damaged. I contacted jesops straight away and was told a replacement would be with me by the 7th December we’re now on the 17th and I still haven’t received it, I have emailed again, so this is what has impacted my review not the actually product as if all three where ok or I wasn’t now having issues with getting the replacement I would have scored higher

Quality Wooden Panel Prints
Ok, so the website isn’t the best - I wanted a product preview and for it to be easier to order multiple similar designs without having to go back and forth so much BUT I am giving a five star rating as I’ve had mixed results printing my photos on wood and Jessops really impressed me with the quality and vibrancy of the photo prints on wooden panels. They were also packed really carefully - thank you Jessops!
Been a little disappointed…
Been a little disappointed unfortunately with my order from October of a photo book, wall tile and custom face masks. Nothing has arrived although I have had money taken from my credit card. I have contacted customer services who can see the outstanding orders but didn’t say when they would be delivered. Contacted again but not heard anything back. So disappointed, not up to the usual excellent service have had previously☹️

I was keen to produce a wedding album…
I was keen to produce a wedding album as a gift in a hardback book. The online guidance and instructions made this easy to achieve. The price was one of the most competitive. In researching which company to use I used 'Which' and found Jessops was (deservedly as I experienced) a 'Best Buy'. This has encouraged me to commence other photobook projects which I will certainly be producing using Jessop's services.

A Jessops gift voucher refused at…
A Jessops gift voucher refused at checkout despite having more than a month left before expiry. Customer services were polite but said managers required proof of original purchase on line by the giver in 2017. I am doing my best to challenge this but it is proving difficult. The Voucher has a code on it and one would reasonably have thought it to be an easy matter to check if it was original or if an earlier attempt had been made to use it by someone else. My advice therefore is don’t trust vouchers and avoid Jessops. The giver, a family member has been robbed and I feel cheated.
Excellent quality
Wall calendars: Very good turn-around, and the paper is thick and high quality. The process of uploading photos, choosing them and re-sizing was also very easy. Let down by Royal Mail who left the parcel outside in the pouring rain despite under-cover area being available... I had to dry the contents in my airing cupboard overnight but it survived
No sign of my order.
I made an order of 6 x photo tiles on 13th November which was a smooth experience with delivery being stated as 0-10 days. It is now the 25th November and I have not even had a dispatched E-Mail. No correspondence from Jessops Photos in any shape or form. I have E-Mailed the customer service team and they have not even responded. I have been left in limbo with my order with absolutely no information.
As I have had not been updated at all and the 0-10 day delivery window has been missed, I deem this to be a 1 star service from a 'reputable' company.
Update 2/12/2020
I called Jessops to trace my order and was told there has been an issue with stock but they have now been printed and dispatched my order 2nd class on Friday 27th November (They also confirmed via E-Mail). It is now the 2nd of Dec and there is still no sign of the order. Not even as much as a dispatched E-Mail. Royal Mail states 2-3 buisness days including Saturdays for 2nd class.
It's just not good enough. This was a wedding anniversary gift which the anniversary has now passed. Again, not good enough.
