An incredible environment and some absolutely amazing artists. The photographers and other staff are all so lovely and the artwork is such a beautiful addition to my home!

We had such a lovely experience for our family shoot! The photographer was incredibly friendly and patient, which made the whole session feel relaxed and fun. The studio itself was welcoming and well set up, and everything felt very professional from start to finish. We’re so happy with the final photos and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a positive, stress-free family photo experience!

I have attended Photobaby for Maternity, Newborn and various seasonal shoots and there's a reason I keep returning time and time again!

Their collective passion for Photography, attention to detail and real warmth and hospitality, sets them apart and I'll carry the memories we have created together with me forever.

We love PhotoBaby, they have been our family photographer for about 18 years now! They work so hard to give you a wonderful experience and stunning portraits. They capture the most beautiful memories and are worth every penny!

I won a “free photoshoot,” only to be told after the shoot that no photos were included, which felt misleading. While I understand editing costs, the prices charged were very high for the quality delivered.

Several edited images contained obvious issues, including reflections of other photoshoots in a bauble and visible foam from a sleigh. For a company charging premium prices, I shouldn’t have to request basic re-editing.

Print delivery has also been frustrating, with conflicting information about whether they had even been printed, and delays blamed on Christmas after repeated chasing.

Overall, poor communication and quality that didn’t match the cost. I wouldn’t recommend.
