Amazing friendly & helpful service
I recently purchase an older second hand studio flash kit. One head decided to go "pfit" one day with smoke issuing from the head.
Contacted Phoxene asking if they had power caps. Marc was freindly, polite & extremely helpful evening going to the trouble of speaking with one of their local customers who repairs such equipment to find the details for the parts needed.
While i was able to get some local help, his imput was of great assistance in narrowing down the problem.
When I need replacement flash bulbs I WILL be purchasing from this company.
Old fashion, real friendly service.. Something missing in todays world..
