Great experience booking our family…

Great experience booking our family trip from London to Caracas with PH TRAVEL LTD. The process was smooth, pricing was very competitive, and everything was handled efficiently.
A special mention to Austin, who provided excellent support throughout—clear, patient, and very helpful in making sure all details were correct.
Would definitely recommend and use again.

They offer flights on Skyscanner that…

They offer flights on Skyscanner that don't exist. They do this to obtain your phone number and then constantly call to offer much higher flight prices.
We booked business class with them and they promised they had booked seats and vegetarian meals for my wife. Neither of these were true and there were no vegetarian options on the flights as they needed at least 48 hours notice.

Proactive and efficient service

Provided very quick and efficient service and assistance when booking my flight to Kenya. Mack contacted me personally as soon as I had booked to provide further assistance, which I appreciated. The price was very good too, compared to other options.
