I’m Ryan, I’ve been with PF for 14 weeks now with my coach, during this time I’ve achieved 20kg of weight loss. The level of communication and support I’ve received from my coach is top quality. I’ve learnt so much about macros. This is an investment in my long term health. I definitely recommend PF to others who want to lose fat / build muscle.

The support and guidance from my coach at the Physique factory has been epic. I couldn’t recommend it enough! So far I have lost 10kg of fat and gained 2kg of lean muscle whilst maintaining a lean physique. Being taught how to implement my training and nutrition while maintaining a normal lifestyle has been the biggest game changer for me. I should also mention I’ve shown the best health stats my go has ever seen on my records. Mentally, physically and socially I’m a better person for joining. If you’re on the fence about it, all I can say is give it a shot, go all in and trust the process!

I’ve been with physique factory for about 8 months. In this time I have lost close to 30kg. My coach does an amazing job with me. He is tough but also the nicest person he is constantly checking in. Keeps me accountable every step of the way. I find it great value for money. The thing I enjoy the most is have a proper gym program that my coach designs meticulously. I would highly recommend physique factory to anyone looking to lose fat or add size these guys know what they are doing 100%.

So I did it I joined and it’s the best decision I’ve made the whole team are amazing the support and structure they provide is awesome. Hey I’m Mario, I’ve been with PF for 8 weeks now with my coach, during this time I’ve achieved 4.5 kg of weight loss, and have gained muscle of about 2kg. The change and feeling great, more energy, has been noticeable, and also by family and friends.

As a 58 year old, the program has helped me to feel 100% better than what I was, in losing weight, being the much fitter, stronger and active person with overall drive in life and more discipline. Also, my sleep pattern has improved dramatically. I can feel the body healing through clean food and training, and feeling more youthful.

The communication and support from my coach has been nothing but exceptional, and the accountability is amazing and what keeps me going. Without the support, I would not be achieving what I have to date.

Also, workshopping changes to the diet and keeping track of food and training is very helpful. The app provided also is a great help.

Previous PTs I’ve had did not provide the level of support I am getting with PF. There is great care factor, professionalism and proper advice. They know what they’re doing. It’s worth every penny and is honestly better value and cheaper than the average gym PT.

Hey, I’m Dom and I’ve been with Physique Factory for about 7 weeks now, working closely with my coach. In that time, I’ve lost almost 15kg of body fat, which honestly speaks for itself.

What’s stood out most for me is the level of communication and support. Compared to past experiences where I’ve tried to do things on my own (or followed generic plans), this has been completely different. I started with Physique Factory and the result speaks for themself , I’ve lost 25 kg. This has truly been a life-changing experience. Having had personal trainers in the past who just showed me how to use gym equipment. I can confidently say that this guys are in a completely different league. The level of care is unmatched.
My coach is incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and always available to answer questions. What really stood out a part from the tailor program and diet was the personalized support; even when I went out for dinner with my wife, my coach would check the restaurant menu online and recommend me what to order to stay on track. They really "get the s*** done." If you want trainers who are present, professional, and deliver real results, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The level of communication is great and also knowledge handed down, my honest advice is, the pictures/results are legit, the diets are great, flexible too, and the training app is the best part I'm my opinion, since I've lost weight. I dont snore, I have way higher libido , dont think just sign up and join the PF crew, they will change ur life for the better, I'm soo happy I joined them and I'm loving the results, my coach Tim is such a fast responder and also explains everything to the Tee, going on my own ain't the same, here u get held accountable by the coach and it motivates you to stick to the diet and training... give it a shot! You won't regret it! It's life changing

My coach was great and had a wealth of knowledge! I was able to drop over 10kg in 13weeks. I now have the knowledge to continue my fitness journey. The ability to track habits, tick off daily goals and weekly check-in really helped with accountability and kept me motivated throughout! 100% I would recommend to anyone else who is serious about starting their fitness journey!

Joined this outfit on 2 December 2025, weighing in at 115.4kg. As of this morning at 6am, Im 99. 4kg. Old mate, Eric was my main motivator to join. His relentless truth bombing and spade calling was compelling enough for me to get off my arse and, "get to work", as he puts it. His marketing attack appealed to my sense of non-FAFO. The joinup and onboarding was seamless and no-nonsense. Then they gave me a coach that simply makes you want to work hard for yourself. He's available when ever i need him. We have a weekly check-in to review the orevious week and goal-set the coming week. You couldn't get a better coach. Im happy to say now, after 8 weeks, I consider him a mate.

The whole organisation from,'Go', to now has been first class. I have zero complaints and zero reservation in recommending PF to anyone who wants to take their life back from the brink of inflammation, obesity and health decline.

No excuses ... get to work. I did!
