The chaps moving everything were really lovely and respectful and very patient in what was quite a complicated move.

The whole process was seamless and problem free. The removal team were very professional and completed the packing of fragile items with care. I was always fully informed and everything was explained. Also big thank you to Emma Jones (Senior Move Manager) and Jessica Deakin (Move Manager), who I contacted during the process to answer my questions. I received the highest standard of customer service. Thank you. I would recommend Pickfords to anyone who wishes to move house.

I knew Pickfords were the movers for us from the moment I read the brochure to my first conversation with Cathy Manning and her visit with my Mum .
The experience then went from great to amazing when Julian Critelli become my move manager and helped me through every step of a long & challenging move many phone conversations where he talked me through step by step arranged for my boxes to arrive prior to the move & then when the day finally did arrive the team consisting of Tristan ,James ,Ozzy , & K were beyond fantastic , understanding ,respectful & super helpful Thank You Team Pickfords we could not have done it without you

They were the most helpful, professional company I approached. They were the only one who could accommodate the date of our move when we had such short notice. The admin staff, the person quoting us a price for the move and most importantly the Removers were all helpful and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend them.

To arrange and book a date staff were very helpful and informative. Pickfords were NOT the dearest quote we had. The removal guys, 3 of them very polite and curtious, they worked very hard loading a full house of furniture and belongings from a third floor flat with no lift to a ground floor flat where they patiently waited while we were waiting to get the key to our new property. They did amazing, nothing was a trouble to them. Excellent service.

The Pickfords Team were fantastic from start to finish. Professional, friendly and highly diligent in their execution of our move. Regularly checking in with us to ensure we were happy with item placement, and quick to ask any clarifying questions. This is the second time we've used Pickfords, and will continue to recommend and use them again. Furthermore the team took great care with all our soft furnishings, fragile items and our piano !

This was a small local move compared to my international moves with Pickfords! Two men, who were friendly, prompt and quick when they moved some boxes from my self-storage unit to my garage. Thank you once again Pickfords!

They lost some valuables with sentimental and financial value. These items did go on the crate and I am very disappointed with Pickfords and would never use them again. They have very poor after care.

The whole experience from booking to collection was exemplary. Great Communication throughout from both the office team, to the first home visit and then final collection and packaging. Highly recommended.

Chris T, who gave us the quote using video call was amazing, Bryony on the emails organisong stuff, Chris C who was move coordinator was also amazing, the lads which turned up David, Jamie, Mark and Michael couldn't have been nicer, turned up on time, called ahead. They worked exceptionally hard loading whilst being professional and super friendly, but loaded logically, and left by the time they said. We had a delay with keys and they were all brilliant waiting and worked so hard unloading. They were careful with all our stuff, had a nice chat and laugh despite working...I honestly feel we got a platinum standard service. It feels like a local family business how well everyone got on and how quocl.and helpful they all were. Would recommend them to anyone and if we moved again i wouldn't even consider anyone else. Perfect all round. I cant thank them enough.
