From chatting to Lenita Caithness at the start, I felt completely confident that Pickfords would do a good job. They actually did an excellent job. We moved 300 miles and Joe stayed overnight with our stuff on the van. First class job. Thank you so much and very much appreciated.

Pickfords did a great job moving us from Exeter to Nottingham in the August heatwave. Mita Bhadresa was an excellent move manager, who was always helpful with advice/info and on it with getting things done swiftly. The movers and driver were all helpful. Only point missing on reflection was we were promised dust sheets through the corridors which didn’t materialise (and I forgot about). All in all, a good job at a reasonable price. PF26038886

As one does, we had several quotes before choosing Pickford who proved to be a great choice. From the outset, Samantha Butler talked us through everything and what the whole process would involve, from removals, to storage, and finally to delivery. Not only was Samantha efficient and timely, her communication at all stages was outstanding. The teams involved in picking up the furniture initially and through to those delivering the furniture later were both faultless…… on time, efficient, hard working and polite.
I would certainly recommend them to anyone involved in moving.

I recently had to arrange a move from Surrey in the UK to Perth Australia on extremely short notice. Pickfords was the only removal company prepared to quote on uplift in 14 days from when I contacted them for a survey.
Every aspect of the process from there has been an excellent experience. Kelly Francis, my move manager, has gone above and beyond to help me get the documentation ready in time, answering phone calls after hours and responding to every query instantly. When I realised on packing day that I required a handyman to dismantle furniture, Kelly arranged one within an hour. Her kind voice and helpful attitude have been a calming breath of fresh air during a stressful time.
The packing team themselves were extremely respectful and efficient.
Having moved internationally multiple times, I have to say that this is by far the best experience I have had. I very highly recommend the UK Pickfords team.

I recently used Pickfords for my move from the UK to Canada and I could not have been happier with the service I received.

The two gentlemen who came to pack my home, Ivan and Simon, were absolutely amazing. They worked incredibly quickly, hardly pausing, everything was packed beautifully and with great care. They were both very pleasant, polite and professional, which made what could have been a stressful couple of days so much easier.

I was really impressed with the specially made crate for a large and very important portrait I was shipping separately. The construction and care that went into protecting it was wonderful and gave me great peace of mind.

I would also like to give a special shout out about Jade, who helped me enormously with all the paperwork involved in an international move. Everything had been prepared so well that when I arrived at Toronto Airport, my documents were checked, signed and photocopied and I was quickly on my way. It really couldn’t have been easier.

Moving from the UK to Canada after many years is a big undertaking, and the help and professionalism I received from Pickfords made the whole process feel much less daunting.

Pickfords provided an excellent packing and moving service over 2 days, the second day we had torrential rain, but all belongings were delivered dry. The Pickfords team provided a superb professional service throughout from initial survey to final placement of furniture.

From Danny who came out to quote the job - all the way through to the teams on moving day - I cannot recommend Pickfords enough. Super efficient and great price too. Emma was a fantastic help in Head Office and even arranged for out of hours supply of boxes and tape.

Removals and delivery went really well all items put on lorry efficiently and all items put in designated rooms at new house. Staff friendly and helpful throughout.

The team Pickfords' sent to pack our house was exceptional. Dave, Mark & Joe were super efficient and great to be around. They made the whole process seamless. Over three days everything was carefully packed and loaded. Kim and I can't speak highly enough of them.

Moving with Pickfords was a great experience. From obtaining a quote from Samantha through to the move itself the whole experience was very smooth and trouble free. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for movers.

Great communication and support from the start of the process. The team on packing & removal days were excellent; a particular mention to Nathan - the sort of polite, professional, hard-working lad that makes such a positive difference to what is a busy few days. The personable check in from Catie in the office afterwards was also much appreciated. I don't plan to move again! But would recommend Pickfords to get the job done with minimal fuss

It took us longer to get hold of the keys than we anticipated, however the crew didn't complain and were happy to wait to make sure we got moved in ok. They were very friendly and professional, clearly knew what they were doing, and we had no issues with anything they did. Made a stressful day not quite so bad!

The move was smooth and straightforward. The teams who arrived to pack my property were professional and thoughtful throughout, working quickly but carefully to ensure my items were wrapped, boxed and safe. At delivery the team communicated well around the location of where items needed to be placed prior to unpacking.

From the beginning; from initial contact with Pickfords and the conversation by email with Mita Bhadresa the process of arranging the date for the move was straightforward and there was always a swift response to a query.

I would recommend Pickfords to others looking to move.

Everything was packed haphazardly. TV and radio and other electrical items packed without their leads or remotes attached or even in the same box The contents of the items were written on the tape which is the first thing to go and anyway the contents did not accord with the written description Too much white paper used everywhere to wrap even when the contents don’t justify it Staff not especially friendly or helpful. Would never use them again and never recommend them

The guys were great & got on with it. Overall very happy & thank you.

The whole team were helpful throughout the process. Kellie Francis coordinated the whole move from the beginning. There was a prompt call with a good evaluation of the things I needed to take. We agreed on a pick up date and time. The collection was seamless and even though I had a few more things they were accommodating. Kellie is very helpful and helps out in anyway possible. She is prompt to reply to questions and always finds a good solution. Highly recommended working with them
