I ordered a blind box for $175 with shipping and received about $1200 in paddles and things. I am beyond happy with this. I was one of the lucky ones who ended up with all premium current paddles - got a Selkirk Boomstick, Pro Kennex Black Ace Pro 14, Proton Flamingo and a Joola Ana Bright Scorpius along with 6 lifetime pickleballs, some edge guard and grip tape and a couple of covers. It was an amazing surprise.

Beware. They snuck in a $13 delivery charge on a $34 order at the last minute. I saw it right away after pushing “buy”, but no way to cancel!

The mystery box was a great buy. I received 3 paddles selling between $65-250. Plus a couple of balls, lock laces and a paddle bag.

What went wrong you ask?

You sent me a tracking number to track my order and instead of the link taking me to USPS or FedEx (or to whomever) I have to log into my account. I don't want to log in, I just want to track my order. Don't make something difficult when the rest of the world let's you track what you bought!

I bought a mystery box and it was honestly a great deal. I would definitely do it again.

Representative assisted in selecting an appropriate paddle for my skillset and then encouraged me to look at reviews and videos before buying. Service was terrific and fulfillment of my order quick and on time. Price is very fair and competitive.

The “Mystery Box” exceeded expectations. Great paddles, one alone worth more than entire box. Extra items like grip tape and a few balls made whole thing more fun. Was like Christmas morning opening all up.

I have had nothing but good experience with PB Central and I have purchased several PB items to include paddles. I have suggested to several friends who play PB to check with your company before making a purchase.

When I ordered my paddle I was told I would receive it before Christmas. After Christmas I called and they put a search on it. I was told it would take 3 weeks since I was in Hawaii. However initially I was not told this. Had I known I would have ordered it some place else. Felt I was misled. After 3 weeks I still didn’t receive it. Eventually they Fedx another paddle. Not sure why this wasn’t done in the first place. After 4 weeks I received the original one and now I need to take time to go and return the original one. First time using pickleball central. Next time I’ll try another company. I feel some compensation is in order.

The response time to my questions were prompt and precise. The information provided helps me to make informed choice. Great Stuff Kudos!!

As a long time customer, I have relied on Pickleball Central to offer a superior online shopping experience; great selection of products, accurate product descriptions, timely shipping and good customer service. Recently, however, I purchased a paddle that was as described (light weight, maneuverable, gritty surface, powerful, etc.) but I found its sweet spot to be way too small and it was necessary for me to return it. I was disappointed to find out that I would be charged for the return which I believe is a change in policy and not in line with policies of other online retailers.

I purchased two different packages of LT pickleballs to trial for our group. The order arrived on time and as described.

After testing the LT balls in group play, most of our players decided to remain with our current ball, the OSO Fury. We found no fault with the LT Pros, but liked the SLIGHTLY slower speed and lower bounce of the OSO. Both balls play fast, but the LT is a little more livelier, especially during the first few games.

Considering the wishes of the players, I decided to return the unopened package of the LT balls. The return process was simple and my money was quickly refunded.

I was delighted that shipping was prompt and arrival of the paddle was as promised. It was disappointing that the paddle had been damaged, but Customer Service quickly made it right, arranging for an exchange and shipping the replacement quickly. I've been telling pickleball friends about my good experience. Special 'thanks' to Customer Service.
