Our driver, Ian was courteous and professional. He turned up on time as promised and the same for the return journey. The weather was awful, snow and ice however, it didn't deter Ian and he even went out of his way to help his passengers to and from the taxi. The taxi was very clean and comfortable and we would thoroughly recommend Picks Travel.

Great Service from Picks Travel. First time using them and could not fault one bit. Very professional service, Ian was our transfer driver. We booked Picks with no prior knowledge of their quality of service. However, we had no need to be concerned as the text notification of the driver`s arrival was spot on. He was very friendly and the journey was comfortable and most enjoyable. The return trip was identical. We had been severely delayed in getting to the pickup point, so the relaxed, chauffeured journey enabled us to arrive at our destination in perfect time.

We used Picks airport transfer service to drop us off and collect us from Manchester airport recently and we were so impressed by their service. A very professional, reliable company. This will be our go to place now for all of our airport transfers. Communication from the team is excellent, booking was a breeze and prices are really good. Cars are clean and spacious, Drivers are really friendly and professional and were on time if not early picking us up on both occassions. It really helped make our holiday more stress free. I was extremely impressed with the service I received from Picks Travel. Travelling can be stressful at the best of times, but the communication from the booking onwards was excellent and being able to see where the driver was together with having their details took any worry out of the equation.
Wouldn't hesitate to very highly recommend (and use again!).
