Spent over £100 .the clothing sent is beyond woeful and their customer service is non existent.without doubt, the worst shopping experience I have ever encountered

Pickufab has amazing prices and even better customer service! I am so impressed with the spead of service and refunds! The pants is just a little small for me. I want to exchange to a bigger size and they gave me some refunds so that I could make a new order. Excellent.

These guys don’t even deserve 1 star. Their return policy is absolutely ridiculous. I received two incorrect dresses instead of the ones I ordered. I spent over $90 dollars on these dresses! And you are responsible for the shipping payment which is astronomical because you have to mail it back to Japan. They only gave me a 15% refund out of around $96 dollars. I am beyond angry and beyond frustrated. You also have to email THEM for the return process. I will never buy from these scammers ever again.

It was my first placed order in Pickufab. I was so excited when the first package came. I loved all the items. Thanks God!

Like a number of products advertised on Pinterest, this is a scam company. The product advertisement pictures look great, but having paid good money what you receive is a cheap and nasty product. They refuse to pay the return postage to China ( rather than Europe of course) which effectively means you're throwing good money after bad if you want your money back. And their customer service is non-existent. Don't be fooled by the five star reviews, They're written by their employees. It's a scam, and Pinterest ought to de-platform them. Watch out too for 'Zola-London.com'. Same scam.

Everything I've ever purchased from this site looks just like the photo and is incredibly elegant and sophisticated.

The workmanship and stitching of the skirt are very neat, without my excess threads, making it look super textured when worn..

The garment was nylon and had printed on tassles not real ones. Nothing like sweatshirt advertised. Cheap and nasty . I was totally scammed !! Stay well away. Should be closed down. !

When I received it, i couldn't wait to try it on. The style, design, and colour are all very textured, really soft and energetic! Unique and attractive.

After careful selection, I finally found this long-awaited product🎁 After receiving the actual product, I was very satisfied and it was very beautiful 🔮，The workmanship is also very exquisite 🌈。I was pleasantly surprised by the colors, materials, and details. This shopping experience was very enjoyable, and I will strongly recommend this product to my friends.

All the negitive reviews I read are similar to my experience. I wouldn't put it past the F.ckufab to make the positive reviews themselves. Poor, unacceptable quality. The shirt designs are appealing from about 10m away, otherwise cheap and unattractive up close. I had to write twice asking for a return address, as they played a delay-in-reply tactic. I may send the article back, but I'm afraid the postage will just eat up more money with no prospect of getting anything back at all. All very unprofessional and, quite frankly in hindsite, an obvious con. I suggest, if you like I, made the mistake and bought from them and found it unsatisfing, contact the platform where you found a link to their products (in my case Pinterest) and try get them deplatform them. But I won't hold my breath.

Their clothing are very unique and well priced. Pickufab is very reliable. The customer service is great.

These garments are extremely cheap copies of what is depicted on their online shop. Material is thin and feels like nylon absolutely no linen or cotton. Poorly made and has only a slight resemblance to the picture. Basically unwearable. Do not buy.

Thoes clothes are made of pure cotton fabric, with excellent workmanship and details, making them easy to match.

I've had great experiences on this website. The clothes I bought look exactly like the picture and are just super chic and stylish.

Sent item I did not order and wants me to pay for shipping to return it. Also no customer service to correct their mistake. I don’t say this lightly, terrible business practices and they repeat the same line no matter what feedback they get. I heard there were problems, but chose to ignore to get an item I liked. Never got it! Avoid!

The color makes people look refreshing and comfortable.

If you could not sure the size, you could choose one bigger size. The customer service suggest nice.
