Customer service was really helpful…

Customer service was really helpful when noticed an issue. Quality of the books are amazing and some I have gifted as presents and the people who have received them have loved them. Next order will be done very soon.

my own personalise mug

Easy format to use with a very great reasonable price its something i would do myself when it comes to marketing a special anniversary film that come out in a 4k release that has the special treatment with packaging and posters along with steel book would be great to have the mug with a nice art work on it to go with it. Would also be great if i had the choice to be able to have my own personalise box that the mug comes with to put my own pictures on it instead of the normal throw away brown cardboard box shame even the packaging is a well made and a sturdy box as well. Maybe something like this will be available over time and then this would make a very good professional present for someone's birthday or even when it comes to Easter with a nice egg or the mug filled up with little chocolates in side

Security threat / spam email

I keep receiving emails asking me to verify my account, but I have never created one. There is no support mechanism to contact them and secure my online id.

Despite paying extra for 3 day tracking…

Despite paying extra for 3 day tracking delivery I am still yet to receive my order approaching upon a week soon. I tried to contact but received a half hearted response where my questions were left almost unanswered as it was the third day. That tracking still only says that the label has been created. Extremely frustrating and resulted In me having to order elsewhere due to the uncertainty of the parcel.

Don’t bother.

Spent ages trimming and aligning my photos using their not very user friendly software. Placed my order and received 10 of the same photos tiles with the same picture.

Wrote an email to complain and received no help whatsoever.

Very disappointed.

Also the quality is very low.

You get what you pay for guess.

Wish I’d paid a bit more elsewhere now.

The package was damaged and the product…

The package was damaged and the product too.
The pages are wavy and have scratches and the quality is not as good as I thought it would be

Great Service

The card I ordered via Picsme was unfortunately damaged via Amazon delivery. I informed them and without fail they delivered a replacement card. Going above and beyond.
Highly recommended and will use again.
