Whilst the item was of sufficient…
Whilst the item was of sufficient quality, my issue is with the handling of my complaint regarding PicsMe doing all within their power to ensure a safe delivery of my item. My photo book arrived creased, bent and not of a quality to be enjoyed. On raising this with them, a generic apology and "we will try to do better next time" was received. I did not feel this was sufficient and raised further points for consideration. I have, as of today, received no reply to this.
Their website stipulates "100% customer guarantee". If this is with reference to 100% satisfaction, then they have failed.
I would not recommend PicsMe to anyone requiring a soft back A4 photo book.
UPDATE: PicsMe did reply and after further communication, they issued me a refund. Many thanks

The fast turnaround of our…
The fast turnaround of our photographically printed mugs was outstanding. Evri's delivery did not match up however. So luckily, since we were so close to Picsme's facility, Ben hand-delivered our order in time for our event.

the canvas i had done about 8 now were fantastic.so easy to upload and even when it said picture quality not great they mads a fab canvas. also a reasonable price.

A very positive experience.
Easy to navigate the website and to adjust photographs for printing. Progress of order through the system was notified at each step. Items were quickly processed and dispatched. Tracking information meant I knew when the items were dispatched and would be arriving. They arrived inside sturdy cardboard boxes which themselves were in a further carboard box with packing material. A very positive experience and very happy with the items ordered and the service received. Thanks.

Single wrap image around the whole mug
Really good coverage of the mug. I did get some from another picture mug company last year and the colour was a bit richer but these are still excellent especially for the black and white prints. Hopefully they can adjust the colour but i will still use them and they are such good value with superb packaging.
